Most stands are signed off from a quick sketch or a builder’s standard render. The builder’s designer has their own fabrication in mind, management cannot picture the space, and the real problems show up on build day: a meeting area too small, a screen nobody can see from the aisle, a logo hidden behind a column.
We separate design from build. We design the stand around your products, your visitors and your brand, show it in renders and a walkthrough until it is agreed, and then hand the files to whichever builder you choose. We do not fabricate, install or rent stands, screens or AV equipment.

How it works
Step 1: Brief and space
Your space allocation or stage plan, sizes, open sides, brand guidelines, any organiser rules and the message the stand must carry.
Step 2: Concept
A layout and a plain massing model first, so you agree zones and visitor flow before materials and graphics are added.
Step 3: Render and animate
Materials, graphics, lighting and screen content are added, and drafts are reviewed with you against the brief.
Step 4: Hand over
Final JPEG stills and MP4 films, plus the design files we hand to your stand builder or AV company to build and install from.

Questions
How much does exhibition stand design cost?
It depends on scope: stand size, open sides, the number of rendered views, any walkthrough or screen content and the deadline. Send the space plan and brand guidelines and we quote per project.
Do you build or install the stand?
No. We design and visualise. Your stand builder or event contractor fabricates and installs it from our renders and files, and we can send those files straight to them.
Can our builder quote from your design?
Yes. Builders quote and build from the concept renders, layout and graphics files we hand over. We answer their design questions so the build stays close to what you approved.
What do you need from us to start?
The space allocation or floor plan from the organiser, stand size and open sides, brand guidelines, the products or messages to feature, and any SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) files, 2024 version preferred. Attach them to the quote form or share a link.
Do you make projection mapping and LED content?
Yes, the content. We make the animation and backdrops to the specification your AV company gives us. They supply and run the projectors, screens and media servers.
Can you show us previous stands?
Client work in this field is usually confidential, so we do not publish it. Request a private portfolio walkthrough and we take you through relevant examples. The illustrations on this page are coded demos.
How long does it take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. A single stand concept with renders can be shorter, so tell us the organiser’s design deadline in the brief.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rounds are included in every quote, set at concept, draft and final stage. A new stand size or layout after the concept is agreed is new scope.
Can you mock up sponsor branding for an event?
Yes. We show sponsor logos on stages, arches, screens and giveaways, so you can sell a package with a picture rather than a list.
