Seat-View & VIP Suite Selector Stadium seat view and VIP suite selector

Fans want to know what they will see before they pay, and corporate buyers want to see the suite before they sign. We render the views and build the selector that shows them.

For stadium and arena operators, clubs, theatres, concert and event venues, and the hospitality and partnership teams who sell premium seats.

A seating chart that tells fans nothing.

A flat colour chart shows where a block is, not what the pitch or stage looks like from it. Fans hesitate, buy the cheapest seat or ask on social media, and your premium inventory is sold with words instead of pictures.

We render the real view from each block, or each seat where it matters, from your venue model, and put it in a selector that links out to your own ticketing page. Suites and boxes get their own walkthroughs and package details, so your hospitality team sends a link instead of arranging every visit.

What venues use it for

  • Season ticket and membership sales
  • VIP suite and hospitality box sales
  • Selling seats before a venue opens
  • Sponsor and naming proposals
  • Theatre and concert seat choice

What you get

You get views from every block or seat, an interactive seat map, a VIP suite and hospitality box selector, suite walkthroughs and sponsor mock-ups. Tickets and payments stay in your own ticketing system.

  1. Seat-View Renders

Rendered views from every block or tier, or from every seat where the scope calls for it, drawn from your venue model and delivered as JPEG.

  2. Interactive Seat Map

A clickable map of the bowl, hall or auditorium: fans pick a block and see the view before they go on to your ticketing page.

  3. VIP Suite & Box Selector

A selector for VIP suites, hospitality boxes and lounges, showing the view, the layout and what each package includes, for your sales team and corporate buyers.

  4. Suite & Lounge Walkthroughs

360 renders and short MP4 walkthroughs of suites, boxes and lounges, so buyers feel the space before the venue opens or before a site visit.

  5. Sponsor & Branding Mock-ups

Sponsor mock-ups on boards, concourses, suites and naming positions, so partners see where their brand sits before they sign.

  6. Season & Membership Sales Visuals

Stills, vertical 9:16 cuts and sales sheet visuals for season tickets and memberships, ready for your campaigns and sales packs.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief and venue model

Seating plans in CAD or PDF, SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) models, 2024 version preferred, the block and suite list, sponsor positions and brand guidelines.

  2. Step 2: Structure

We agree the view points, by block, row band or seat, the suites and boxes to show, and where each button links in your ticketing or enquiry process.

  3. Step 3: Produce

Views, suite renders and the selector are built, then checked with your ticketing and hospitality teams against the real seating plan.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

JPEG views, MP4 films and the selector as a link or embed for your website and sales suite screens, with a short guide for your team.

Questions

How much does a seat-view tool cost?

It depends on scope: the number of view points, blocks or individual seats, the suites to render, and whether you need an interactive selector. Send your seating plan and model and we quote per project.

Does the tool sell tickets?

No. Ticketing, payments and live seat inventory stay in your own ticketing system. The selector links out to it, or sits next to it as an embed, as scoped per project. We do not promise integrations with any named ticketing platform.

Can you show the view from every seat?

Yes, where the scope needs it. Many venues start with one view per block or row band and add seat level views for premium areas.

Can we sell suites before the venue is built?

Yes. Suites, boxes and the view from them are rendered from the design model and labelled as artist’s impressions, so your team can start conversations before opening. Check sales material with your own advisers.

Who updates what is sold?

Live seat availability stays in your ticketing system. For suites and boxes your team sells directly, a simple status method can be agreed in the scope.

Can sponsors see their brand in the venue?

Yes. We mock up boards, concourses, suites and naming positions with the partner’s brand, as stills or short films for the proposal.

What files do you need?

Seating plans in CAD or PDF, SketchUp or Revit models (2024 version preferred), the block, row and suite list, sponsor positions and brand guidelines. Attach them to the quote form or share a link.

How long does it take?

A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Tell us the date tickets go on sale.

How many revisions are included?

Revision rounds are included in every quote, at view point, draft and final stage. Changes to the seating plan after production starts are new scope.

Can we see a selector you have built?

Venue work is often private, so request a portfolio walkthrough and we show examples live. The illustrations on this page are coded demos.

Send your seating plan for a quote.

Tell us the venue, the model or drawings you have, the blocks and suites to cover and where tickets are sold today.
