3D Visualisation & Animation 3D visualisation and animation studio

One studio for everything a project needs before it is built: renders, films, 360 tours, floor plans, sales tools and the brochure that carries them.

For developers, office and retail landlords, stadium and venue operators, architecture and interior firms, event organisers, hotels and wedding halls, campuses and public bodies.

Five suppliers for one launch.

A typical launch needs renders from one freelancer, a film from another, a 360 tour from a third, floor plans from the architect and a brochure from an agency. Each one rebuilds the model, the materials drift, and the sales team ends up with visuals that do not match.

We build the model once and produce every visual from it: stills, films, vertical cuts, 360 views, interactive plans and print. You review one set of drafts, deal with one team and get one quote for the exact scope you need.

Who we make visuals for

  • Real estate developers and off-plan launches
  • Offices, retail and malls
  • Stadiums, venues and fitness
  • Architecture and interior design firms
  • Events, exhibitions and hospitality
  • Campus tours and public projects

What you get

Pick one service or the full set. Every job is scoped from your files and quoted per project, and stills and films arrive as JPEG and MP4 for every channel.

  1. 3D Renders

Exterior and interior renders, aerial views, 360 rotatables, before and after visuals and sponsorship or branding mock-ups, made from your drawings or models.

  2. Animation & Virtual Tours

The project film, vertical 9:16 cuts for social media, 360 renders and walkthroughs, a VR experience for the sales centre, and construction progress media.

  3. Interactive Floor Plans & Sales Tools

Isometric and interactive floor plans, an online sales tool, seat-view and VIP suite selectors, space and leasing selectors, digital twin views and 3D wayfinding.

  4. Exhibition, Event & Stage Visuals

Stand and stage renders before anything is built, walkthroughs of the space, projection mapping and stage content, LED backdrops and virtual sets.

  5. Villa Facade Visualisation

Day and night renders of the facade you or your architect designed, with the real stone, cladding, lighting and landscaping, so the family can decide with confidence.

  6. Brochures & Sales Kits

Project brochures and sales kits built around the visuals, in print and digital versions, so the whole launch speaks with one look.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief and files

You send your SketchUp or Revit model, CAD or PDF drawings, materials list and brand guidelines, plus what the visuals must achieve.

  2. Step 2: Scope and quote

We list the views, films, tours or tools you need and send a quote for that exact scope, with the revision rounds written in.

  3. Step 3: Drafts and review

Camera views and a plain model come first. Once you approve them, materials, light and motion are added and reviewed with you.

  4. Step 4: Finals and delivery

Stills as JPEG and films as MP4, in every size your hoardings, screens, website and social channels need.

Questions

How much does 3D visualisation cost?

Every job is quoted per project. The price depends on the number of views, films or tours, how detailed the model is, how much has to be built from drawings and your deadline. Send your files and the list of what you need.

How long does it take?

A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. A smaller job is shorter, and the quote gives the dates for your exact list.

What files do you need?

A SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or CAD (DWG) or PDF drawings. Add the materials list and your brand guidelines. If there is no model, building one is part of the quote.

How do I send large model files?

Attach them to the quote form, or paste a Drive or WeTransfer link in the brief if they are too large to upload.

What formats do you deliver?

Stills as JPEG and films as MP4, sized for print, screens, websites and social media. How an interactive tool is hosted and handed over is set out in the quote.

How many revisions are included?

Revision rounds are included in every quote and listed against each stage. Design changes after the model is built are scoped and agreed before work continues.

Can I see your previous work?

Most of it is under client confidentiality, so we show it in a private portfolio walkthrough rather than on the website. The visuals on this page are coded demos, not client work.

Do you work white label for architecture and interior firms?

Yes. We can produce visuals under your name for your own clients, with your branding on the files and no mention of us.

Do you make product renders or explainer animation?

No. This studio covers buildings, spaces, venues and events. For product images, see our photography service.

Send your drawings for a quote.

Attach your model or drawings to the form, or paste a Drive or WeTransfer link for large files. Tell us what you need and when. We reply with questions and a quote for the exact scope, or book a private portfolio walkthrough.
