Presentation Design Presentation design services

A deck gets shown in a meeting room, forwarded as a PDF and reused by someone who never met you. We design it to make your case in all three situations.

For founders raising money, sales teams pitching across borders, and companies whose presentation is often the first document a buyer opens.

Slides that hold the information but not the argument.

Most decks are built under deadline by copying slides from older decks. The result mixes fonts, pastes charts in as screenshots and buries the one point that matters somewhere near the end. The presenter makes up for it by reading aloud, and the room stops listening.

A good presentation starts with the story: what the audience needs to believe, in what order, with what evidence. Design then makes each point visible in a few seconds. When the deck also has to work in Arabic for Gulf buyers, the Arabic version is designed right to left, not mirrored by software.

What the deck is for

  • Investor pitch decks
  • Sales and proposal decks
  • Company presentations
  • Conference and event talks
  • Board and management reports

What you get

You get a storyline you approve first, slides designed in your brand, charts redrawn so they can be read, and an editable PowerPoint your team can keep using.

  1. Storyline & Outline

The order of the argument before any slide is drawn: what the audience must believe by the end, and which slide does that job.

  2. Slide Design

Every slide designed in your brand, one clear point per slide with real hierarchy, so the presenter is not reading paragraphs off the screen.

  3. Arabic & English Decks

An Arabic deck set right to left and an English deck in the same design, each written to read naturally rather than translated line by line.

  4. Charts & Diagrams

Your numbers, timelines, org charts and project maps redrawn as charts and diagrams a committee can read from the back of the room.

  5. PowerPoint Master Template

A PowerPoint master with cover, section, chart, image and team layouts, so your team can build the next deck without breaking the design.

  6. Editable Files

An editable PowerPoint file and a PDF for print and email, with Keynote or Google Slides versions when you need them, fonts and images included.

A deck due soon, or only a pile of old slides?

Send what you have, who will see it and when you present. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief

Who will be in the room, what decision you want from them, the date you present, and the material you already have: an old deck, a profile, the numbers.

  2. Step 2: Storyline

We propose the outline slide by slide with the key message of each. You approve the story before design starts.

  3. Step 3: Design

Slides designed in your brand, charts and diagrams redrawn. You review the whole deck and send one set of comments per round.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

Editable files, the master template and a PDF, checked for fonts, links and slide order before they reach you.

Questions

How much does presentation design cost?

It depends on the scope: the length of the deck, whether we write the storyline or design content you already have, Arabic and English versions, how many charts need redrawing, a master template, and the deadline. Send what you have and we quote a fixed scope.

How long does a deck take?

It depends on the length and on how quickly the content is approved. The storyline comes first, then the design rounds. The proposal gives dates worked back from the day you present.

Can you write the content, or only design it?

Both. We can work from your notes and an old deck, interview the people who will present, or design the text you give us. Say which in the brief, because it changes the scope.

Do you design pitch decks for investors?

Yes. We help shape the order (problem, product, market, progress so far, team, the ask) and design it so it reads well as a PDF sent ahead and on screen in the meeting. Financial projections come from you; we present them clearly.

Will the deck be editable in PowerPoint?

Yes. You receive a native PowerPoint file with live text, charts you can edit where the data allows, and the fonts and images used. No slides flattened into pictures.

Can you make a template our team can reuse?

Yes. A master template with layouts for cover, section, chart, image, team and closing slides, plus a short note on how to use it without drifting from the design.

Do you work in Keynote or Google Slides?

PowerPoint is the default. We can also deliver in Keynote or Google Slides, and we say in the proposal which effects do not carry across between them.

Can the deck be in Arabic and English?

Yes. Two decks in one design: the Arabic set right to left with Arabic typefaces and charts that read from the right, written to sound natural rather than translated.

How many revisions are included?

The proposal states the rounds. We ask for one combined set of comments per round. Content that changes after the design is approved can be new scope, and we say so before it happens.

Is our content kept confidential?

Yes. Decks often carry numbers that are not public. We sign your NDA before you send material, and the files are shared only with the people working on your deck.

Tell us about the presentation you need.

A short brief is enough to start: the audience, the purpose, the languages, the date and any slides you already have. We reply with questions and a fixed scope quote.
