Presentation Design Presentation design agency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

In Saudi Arabia the deck often decides who gets the second meeting: a technical presentation after a tender in Riyadh, a vendor qualification in Dammam, an investor session in Jeddah. We design it so the committee can follow it, in Arabic and in English.

For contractors, suppliers, consultancies and startups in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar who present to government entities, large companies and investors.

The committee sits through a long deck and remembers none of it.

Saudi buyers ask for presentations at every stage: prequalification with a large company, a technical presentation after a tender submission, a supplier introduction to a procurement team, a pitch to an investor or a fund. Many firms send the same deck to all of them, built in English, with Arabic slides added at the end in a different font and project photos stretched to fit.

Evaluators see many presentations in a week. What helps them is clarity: who you are, what similar work you have delivered, how you will run this project and who will do it. We build the deck around those questions, with an Arabic version written and set right to left properly, because in government and semi government rooms the Arabic copy matters as much as the English.

What you get

You get a storyline approved before design starts, slides in your brand, charts and project maps redrawn for a committee room, and an editable PowerPoint your team can update for the next submission.

  1. Storyline & Outline

The order of the argument before any slide is drawn: what the audience must believe by the end, and which slide does that job.

  2. Slide Design

Every slide designed in your brand, one clear point per slide with real hierarchy, so the presenter is not reading paragraphs off the screen.

  3. Arabic & English Decks

An Arabic deck set right to left and an English deck in the same design, each written to read naturally rather than translated line by line.

  4. Charts & Diagrams

Your numbers, timelines, org charts and project maps redrawn as charts and diagrams a committee can read from the back of the room.

  5. PowerPoint Master Template

A PowerPoint master with cover, section, chart, image and team layouts, so your team can build the next deck without breaking the design.

  6. Editable Files

An editable PowerPoint file and a PDF for print and email, with Keynote or Google Slides versions when you need them, fonts and images included.

A deck due soon, or only a pile of old slides?

Send what you have, who will see it and when you present. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief

Who will be in the room, what decision you want from them, the date you present, and the material you already have: an old deck, a profile, the numbers.

  2. Step 2: Storyline

We propose the outline slide by slide with the key message of each. You approve the story before design starts.

  3. Step 3: Design

Slides designed in your brand, charts and diagrams redrawn. You review the whole deck and send one set of comments per round.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

Editable files, the master template and a PDF, checked for fonts, links and slide order before they reach you.

Questions

How much does PowerPoint design cost in Saudi Arabia?

It depends on the scope, not on a price list: the number of slides, whether we write the content or design yours, Arabic and English versions, the charts to redraw, a master template and the deadline. Send what you have and we quote a fixed scope you can compare with other quotes line by line.

Can you deliver before our tender or meeting date?

Tell us the date first. We plan back from it: storyline, design, review. A close date can work when the content and the approvals are ready. If the date is not realistic for the scope, we say so before you sign, not the night before.

Do you design the Arabic deck or only translate it?

We write and design it as an Arabic deck: right to left layout, Arabic typefaces, charts and timelines that read from the right, and wording a Saudi committee expects. Translating technical content can be part of the scope, and we check the terms with your team.

Can you make a presentation for a tender or vendor registration?

Yes. We order it around what evaluators look for: company overview, similar projects, method, team, safety and quality approach where relevant, and schedule. We design what you provide; the technical and commercial content and its accuracy stay with your company.

Do you work with companies in Jeddah and Dammam?

Yes. Our studio is in Riyadh and we work with companies in Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar and across the Kingdom. Briefs and reviews happen on video calls and WhatsApp.

Can you turn our company profile into a presentation?

Yes. A profile is read; a deck is presented. We cut the profile into a story someone can speak to, with fewer words per slide and the detail moved into speaker notes. If you have no profile yet, see our company profile page.

Will we get an editable PowerPoint and a template?

Yes. A native PowerPoint file with live text and editable charts, plus a master template so your team can update the project list and photos for the next submission without breaking the design.

How many revisions are included?

The proposal states the rounds. We ask for one combined set of comments from whoever approves. Content that changes after the design is approved can be extra scope, and we tell you in advance.

Can you also design an investor pitch deck?

Yes, for startups and for established firms raising or bringing in a partner. We order the story and design it to read as a PDF before the meeting and on screen during it. The financial model and figures come from you and your advisers.

Is our tender information kept confidential?

Tender decks carry prices, client names and methods. We sign your NDA before you share material, and the files are shared only with the people working on your presentation.

Tell us about the presentation you need.

A short brief is enough to start: the audience, the purpose, the languages, the date and any slides you already have. We reply with questions and a fixed scope quote.
