Contracting Company profiles, websites and branding for contracting companies in Saudi Arabia
Owners, developers and consultants check your profile and your website before they shortlist you. We make both say clearly what you have built and what you can take on.
Where contractors lose work before the site visit
Prequalification packs that undersell you
Vendor registration with large owners and developers, and consultants reviewing capability, start with your profile. A scanned, outdated PDF makes a capable firm look small.
Project lists nobody can read
Completed projects, equipment, HSE and the organisation chart sit in spreadsheets and old Word files. Reviewers want them in one clear order, with the client, scope and value where you can share them.
No website, or one that proves nothing
Someone in procurement who hears your name searches for it. If nothing comes up, or a half-built page does, doubt starts before your bid is opened.
Arabic and English that do not match
Government entities, Etimad tenders and international consultants read different languages. Two versions that disagree on a figure or a name raise questions you do not want.
What we deliver
One consistent package for tenders, vendor lists and the people who search for you after a meeting.
Company profile
Written and designed in English and Arabic: who you are, project references, equipment, HSE, organisation chart, and your classification and certificates as you supply them.
Company website
A bilingual site with your services, a project gallery, contact details and a downloadable profile, so your name returns something solid on Google.
Logo and brand identity
A new logo or a cleanup of the one you have, with versions that work on site boards, vehicles, helmets and letterheads.
Site and project photography
A shot list for your own team, or a shoot of active sites, equipment and finished work when the project needs it.
Stationery and tender templates
Letterheads, cover pages and document templates so every submission looks like it came from the same company.

Questions
Will a new company profile get us prequalified?
No profile can promise that. Prequalification depends on your classification, experience and the owner's criteria; a clear profile makes sure reviewers can find that evidence quickly and read it in the language they work in.
Have you made profiles for contractors before?
Yes. We designed the company profile for Saif Al Khair General Contracting Est., and our published work includes the website and profile for Alwa Ali Mubarak Est. and the website, brand and profile for High Star Est. in Yanbu.
What do you need from us to write a contractor profile?
Your commercial registration details, classification and certificates, a project list with clients and scope, equipment and manpower figures, HSE policy and your organisation chart. We work only with what you provide and confirm.
How much does a company profile for a contracting company cost?
It depends on scope, so we send a fixed quote once we have seen your material. The main cost drivers are the number of pages, one or two languages, how many projects need writing up, whether site photography is needed and whether a website is included; newly registered contractors can also look at our monthly KSA business-setup packages, which bundle the profile, logo and website.
Should our profile be in Arabic for Etimad and government tenders?
Usually yes, with an English version alongside it. Government entities and Etimad tenders are read in Arabic while many consultants and international owners review in English, so we write both and check that every figure and name matches.
Do we need a website as well as a profile?
In most cases, yes. For tenders the profile does most of the work, but buyers and consultants often search your name before calling, and a simple bilingual site that matches your profile answers that search.
Can you keep our profile updated as we finish new projects?
Yes. We can add completed projects, new certificates and updated equipment lists to the profile and website on an agreed monthly arrangement or per update, depending on how often your project list changes.
