Questions
What is included in each package?
Exactly what the comparison table lists for that tier, and nothing is added on top without a written change. Starter covers identity, business documents, the website, tracking and social setup; Growth adds Google Business Profile, print material and monthly social management; Full Digital Transformation adds paid ads management, monthly SEO and priority support.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes: 6 months, then month-to-month. After the first 6 months the package simply continues monthly, and you can stop it; the notice period is set out in your agreement.
Who owns the logo, website and files?
You do, once the minimum term is met. Final files, the website and the social accounts are then handed over in your name.
How long does the website take?
The website is delivered in 4–6 weeks. The main factor is how quickly content and approvals come back from your side.
How many revisions do we get?
Reasonable revision rounds, agreed at kickoff for each deliverable. Larger changes of direction after approval are scoped separately.
Do you work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Identity, documents, the website and social content are prepared in Arabic and English, with proper right-to-left layouts for Arabic.
How much should we spend on ads?
Ad spend is funded by you, paid to Meta or Google directly, and agreed with you before anything runs. We recommend a starting budget based on your goal and market, and adjust it with you each month.
We just registered our CR. Or we want to rebrand. Which package fits?
A newly registered company usually starts with Starter Identity, which covers the logo, stamp, letterhead, profile, templates and website you need to trade. An existing business can use any tier to rebrand: we keep what works, replace what does not and roll it out across documents, website and accounts.
Can we move between packages?
Yes. Tell us which tier you want to move to, and we confirm the change and the month it starts in writing.
What does "AI videos" mean?
Short social videos produced with AI-assisted tools: generated or animated visuals, voice-over and captions in your brand, made for reels and stories. They are not filmed shoots; filming can be quoted separately.
What is billed separately, and is VAT included?
Domain and hosting are billed annually, and ad spend is paid to the platforms by you. Package prices exclude 15% VAT, which is added on the invoice.
