This policy explains what information CREATVZ collects through creatvz.com, why, where it goes and what you can ask us to do with it. We have kept it as plain as we can.
Who we are
CREATVZ is a creative and advertising agency and part of the FRESME ecosystem, with studios in Riyadh, Manama, London and Lahore. CREATVZ is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about privacy at hello@creatvz.com.
CREATVZ is a brand of Fast Resources and Management for Information Technology Company (FRESME) (CR 7048765916, VAT 312839635300003), Al Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which operates this site and issues our invoices.
What we collect
Information you give us when you use a form on this site (contact, start a project, begin a retainer) or write to us:
- your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company;
- what you tell us about the work: project type or priority, budget range, timeline, goals and the brief itself;
- anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Information sent automatically with a form:
- the page you sent it from, and the site language and region you were using;
- the website that referred you to us (its address only, without query details), if it was another site;
- campaign tags in the link you arrived on (for example utm_source or utm_campaign), if any.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and request times in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as health or financial details) through our forms.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and talk to you about the work;
- to prepare proposals, estimates and agreements you ask for;
- to manage our relationship with you if we work together;
- to understand which pages and channels bring enquiries, so we can improve the site and our marketing;
- to keep the site and our forms secure and free of spam.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
If you send us an enquiry, we may follow up about that enquiry. We will only send you marketing emails where the law allows it, and you can opt out at any time.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in the customer relationship management (CRM) system operated by FRESME for the companies in its ecosystem, which runs on Supabase, and a notification is emailed to the CREATVZ team so someone can reply.
We share information only as needed with:
- service providers that host the site, run the CRM and database, and send email for us;
- other FRESME ecosystem companies, where needed to deliver the work you asked for;
- professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it.
Our team works across several countries and our providers may process data outside the country you are in. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example while we discuss or deliver work with you, and as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, or stop or limit how we use it;
- stop sending you marketing;
- withdraw consent, where we rely on it.
Email hello@creatvz.com and we will reply within the time the law allows. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections and restricted access to the CRM. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If you are in Saudi Arabia
We process personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations. Under the PDPL you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to ask for it to be corrected or completed, and to ask for it to be destroyed when it is no longer needed.
