This page explains what creatvz.com stores in your browser and why. Short version: only what the site needs to work, unless you say yes to analytics or marketing cookies in our cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time.
What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Session storage is a similar browser feature that keeps information only until you close the tab or browser.
What this site uses
Essential (always on, no consent needed):
- cvz_consent (cookie and browser storage, 12 months): remembers your cookie choice.
- cvz_region (cookie and browser storage, 12 months): remembers the regional site you chose.
- Store cart (browser storage): the items in your cart, kept on your device until you clear it.
- Session storage for attribution: if you arrive through a link with campaign tags (such as utm_source), or from another website, we remember those tags and the referring site’s address for your visit only, so they can be attached to an enquiry you send. It is cleared when you close the tab or browser.
- Strictly necessary cookies: our hosting provider may set cookies needed to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
Analytics and marketing (only with your consent)
These tools load only after you choose “Accept all”, or switch the category on under “Customise”. If you choose “Reject non-essential”, none of them load.
- Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (Google): which pages are visited, how people arrive and which buttons are used, such as sending an enquiry. Cookies: _ga and _ga_<ID>, up to 2 years.
- Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): how pages are used, including clicks, scrolling and anonymised session replays; form fields are masked. Cookies: _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day), plus cookies on clarity.ms and bing.com.
- Marketing, Meta Pixel (Meta): measures whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to visits, enquiries and store activity. Cookies: _fbp (3 months), plus cookies Meta sets on its own domains.
We never send your name, email address, phone number or message to these tools. Events we measure include page views, enquiries sent (with a reference number only), WhatsApp button clicks, region switches and store actions such as viewing a product or adding it to your cart. These providers may process data outside your country under their own terms.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, marketing starts switched off in the settings.
Third-party sites
When you follow a link to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, WhatsApp or another external site, that site may set its own cookies under its own policy.
Your choices
Change or withdraw your consent at any time with “Cookie settings” in the site footer. Your choice is kept for 12 months, then we ask again. If you withdraw consent, we stop the tools, remove their cookies on this site and reload the page.
You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working. Blocking session storage does not stop our forms from working; we simply will not know how you found us.
