Offices 3D renders, floor plates and leasing visuals for office towers, HQs and business parks in Saudi Arabia

Tenants decide on floors they have never walked through, and your leasing team is selling grey shell space from a PDF. We show them the finished floor, from one team on one quote.

Leasing floors that still look like a car park

What we deliver

One package for a building or an HQ, made from your drawings or model, in Arabic and English. We visualise your design or your fit-out designer's layout so tenants and staff see the space before it exists.

  1. Tower, lobby and amenity renders

The facade from the street, the drop-off, the lobby, the rooftop and shared amenities, at the time of day that shows the building at its best.

  2. Space and leasing selector

An interactive stack of the building where tenants click a floor, see the plate, the area and the status, and your team updates what is available.

  3. Floor plates in 3D

Isometric floor plates with test fit-outs: open plan, cellular offices, meeting rooms and pantry, so a tenant sees how their team would fit.

  4. Fit-out before and after

The same view of a floor as shell and core and as a fitted office, side by side or as a slider, for leasing and for refurbishment approvals.

  5. Leasing kit and tenant brochure

A bilingual brochure and leasing presentation built around the renders and plates, as print files and light PDFs your agents can send.

  6. HQ move film and 360 tour

A 3D walkthrough of the new headquarters for the board, staff and clients, a 360 tour of key floors, and 9:16 cuts for LinkedIn and internal channels.

What happens next

  1. Step 1: Send your drawings or model

SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt), 2024 version preferred, or CAD (DWG) and PDF floor plans, plus the fit-out layout, materials list and brand guidelines. Attach them to the quote form or share a Drive or WeTransfer link.

  2. Step 2: Scope and quote

We agree which floors, views and tools you need and send one quote for the package. You can also request a private portfolio walkthrough first.

  3. Step 3: Cameras and plates first

Camera angles, clay views and floor plate layouts are approved before materials and furniture are added.

  4. Step 4: Deliver for leasing

Stills as JPEG, films as MP4, and the leasing selector set up for your team, with revision rounds included in the quote.

Questions

Do you design the office fit-out?

No. We visualise the design: yours, your architect's or your fit-out designer's. If you only have a shell plan, we can show a simple test fit for leasing, clearly labelled as an example layout.

What files do you need?

A SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or CAD (DWG) or PDF drawings. Add the fit-out layout if you have one, a materials list and brand guidelines. Big files can be shared by Drive or WeTransfer link.

Can our leasing team update availability themselves?

That is the aim of the leasing selector: floors and units are marked available, reserved or let, and the status is changed without rebuilding the visuals. We agree how updates work when we scope it.

How long does it take?

A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. A few lobby renders move faster than a whole building with a selector and a film, so dates are confirmed in the quote.

How is it priced?

Each building or HQ is quoted per project, based on the number of views, floors in the selector, film length and the brochure pages you need.

Can we see work for other office buildings?

Larger projects are under client confidentiality, so we show them in a private portfolio walkthrough. The visuals on this page are coded demos, not client work.
