Space & Leasing Selector Stacking plan and leasing selector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Companies looking for space in Riyadh ask the same three questions: which floors are free, how big, how would it look. We build the stacking plan and leasing selector that answers them in Arabic and English.

For landlords, developers, leasing teams and brokers of office towers, malls, business parks and logistics parks in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar.

Leasing by spreadsheet and WhatsApp.

A company looking for office space in Riyadh, or a brand looking for a mall unit in Jeddah, asks your leasing team what is free. The answer arrives as a spreadsheet, a few PDFs and a voice note, and by the time the plans are sent, the broker has moved on to the next building.

We build the tower or mall as an interactive stack, floor by floor, in Arabic and English. Tenants and brokers see what is available, open the floor plate and the unit, view a fit-out render and download the brochure. Your team updates availability through the method agreed in the scope.

What Saudi landlords ask us to build

  • Office tower leasing
  • Mall and retail unit leasing
  • Business park offices
  • Logistics and warehouse parks
  • Broker and tenant presentations

What you get

You get an interactive stacking plan, 2D and 3D floor plates, availability your team updates, fit-out renders, site plans for malls and business parks, and tenant brochure links, in Arabic and English.

  1. Interactive Stacking Plan

The building as a 3D stack of floors, each floor showing which spaces are available, under offer or let, for your leasing team and brokers.

  2. Floor Plates & Unit Plans

2D and 3D floor plates for each level, with every unit outlined, its area taken from your schedule, and cores, entrances and frontage marked.

  3. Availability Viewer

Availability that your team updates through the method agreed in the scope, so the selector matches what your leasing team says on the phone.

  4. Fit-Out Visuals

Renders of how a floor or unit could be fitted out, open plan or cellular office, shopfront or showroom, so tenants picture their own space.

  5. Mall & Park Site Plans

Clickable site plans for malls, business parks and logistics parks, opening each building, unit or warehouse with its plan and details.

  6. Tenant Brochure Links

Each unit linked to its tenant brochure, plan and enquiry form, so brokers send one link instead of a folder of PDFs.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief and drawings

Approved floor plans in CAD or PDF, SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) models, 2024 version preferred, the area schedule, tenant brochures and brand guidelines.

  2. Step 2: Structure

We agree the floors, units and statuses to show, the filters brokers need, and who on your side updates availability and how.

  3. Step 3: Produce

The stacking plan, floor plates, fit-out renders and selector are built, then checked with your leasing team against the area schedule.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

The selector as a link or embed for your website and leasing suite screen, JPEG plans and renders, and a short guide for your team.

Questions

What is a stacking plan?

It is the building shown floor by floor, with each let and vacant space marked. We build it in 3D and make it clickable, in Arabic and English, so tenants find their floor without a call.

How much does a leasing selector cost in Saudi Arabia?

Scope sets the quote: the number of floors and units, floor plates in 2D or 3D, fit-out renders, Arabic and English labels and the selector. Send your plans and area schedule and we price the project.

Can it be in Arabic?

Yes. Floor names, unit details, filters and every screen can be in Arabic and English, with right to left layouts done properly.

Who updates which units are let?

Your leasing team, through a simple method agreed in the scope, so the selector always matches what your team tells brokers.

Does it connect to our CRM?

It can link to your own enquiry process, for example a form that reaches your leasing team. Anything deeper is scoped per project, and we do not tie it to a named system.

Can we lease a tower before it is finished?

Many landlords start early with renders and plans. Label them as artist’s impressions, take areas from your approved documents, and check leasing material with your legal adviser before it goes out.

Does it work for malls and logistics parks?

Yes. A site plan opens each building, retail unit or warehouse with its plan, area and brochure.

What files do you need?

Approved AutoCAD or PDF plans, SketchUp or Revit models (2024 version preferred), the area schedule and tenant brochures. Big files can go as a Drive or WeTransfer link in the quote form.

How long does it take?

A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. If it is for a leasing launch or an exhibition, share the date in the brief.

How many revisions are included?

Every quote includes revision rounds at structure, draft and final stage. A changed area schedule after production starts is quoted as new scope first.
