How it works
Step 1: Brief and model
Your SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or CAD and PDF drawings, the unit schedule, finishes, brand guidelines and the launch date.
Step 2: Plan the experience
We agree what buyers see first, the units in VR, the screens in the room and who supplies the hardware, then storyboard the visit.
Step 3: Produce and test
We build the VR tour, the sales gallery app and the 360 views, then test them with your sales team on the agreed hardware.
Step 4: Hand over
The VR build, the gallery app, 360 links, MP4 films and JPEG stills, with a short guide for staff and your AV vendor.

Questions
Who provides the headsets and touch screens?
You or your AV vendor, as standard. We give you the exact list, sizes and positions the experience needs, and test on that hardware. If you want us to source it, it is written into the quote.
How much does VR for a real estate project cost in Saudi Arabia?
Every project gets its own quote. Units in VR, the gallery features, 360 points, the agent pack, Arabic and English versions and your opening date decide it.
Is everything in Arabic?
Yes. The VR menus and narration, the sales gallery and the agent pack can all be Arabic and English, with right to left screens done properly.
Can the sales gallery show which units are sold?
Yes. Your team marks units available, reserved or sold through a method agreed in the scope. Live booking and online payment are not part of the standard gallery.
Can we take the VR to an exhibition stand?
Yes. The same VR build runs at your stand. Plan the space for headsets and a waiting line with your stand builder.
Can these visuals be used for off-plan marketing?
Many developers do. Label them as artist’s impressions, take areas from your approved documents, and check sales material with your legal adviser and the relevant authority first.
What files do you need?
SketchUp or Revit models with 2024 preferred, or AutoCAD and PDF plans, the unit schedule and finishes. Large files go as a Drive or WeTransfer link in the quote form.
How long does it take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Put your sales centre opening date in the brief so we plan back from it.
How many revisions are included?
Each quote includes revision rounds on the storyboard, the VR draft and the final build. A design change after production starts is quoted as new scope first.
