How it works
Step 1: Brief and model
Your SketchUp or Revit model or your drawings, materials list and brand guidelines, plus where the film and tours will be shown.
Step 2: Storyboard and preview
We plan the shots and send a plain preview of the camera paths and 360 points. You approve the route before rendering starts.
Step 3: Render and edit
Materials, light, people and landscaping are added, the film is rendered and edited with music and titles, and drafts are reviewed with you.
Step 4: Versions and delivery
The main film, the 9:16 cuts and the 360 views, delivered as MP4 films and JPEG stills for every screen you named.

How much does a 3D walkthrough cost in Saudi Arabia?
Every project gets its own quote. It depends on film length, scenes, how many 360 points, whether we model from AutoCAD drawings, any VR version and the launch date.
How long does a launch film and tour take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Give us the launch or exhibition date first and we plan which version arrives when.
Do you make Arabic versions of the film?
Yes. Arabic and English titles, with versions for the sales centre screen, the website, YouTube and Snapchat.
How is this different from your motion graphics service?
Motion graphics are 2D animated explainers. This is a CGI film of your actual building, made from your model, with real materials, light and landscaping.
Can buyers open the 360 tour on their phone?
Yes. The tour runs in a browser on a phone or computer, so it can be shared as a link on WhatsApp or placed on your website.
Can the film be used for off-plan marketing?
Developers use it that way. State that it is an artist’s impression, and check the sales material with your legal adviser and the relevant authority before it is published.

How many revision rounds are included?
Rounds are included in every quote, at storyboard, draft and final film. A design change after rendering is priced and agreed before we continue.
