How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief and model

    Your SketchUp or Revit model or your drawings, materials list and brand guidelines, plus where the film and tours will be shown.

  2. Step 2: Storyboard and preview

    We plan the shots and send a plain preview of the camera paths and 360 points. You approve the route before rendering starts.

  3. Step 3: Render and edit

    Materials, light, people and landscaping are added, the film is rendered and edited with music and titles, and drafts are reviewed with you.

  4. Step 4: Versions and delivery

    The main film, the 9:16 cuts and the 360 views, delivered as MP4 films and JPEG stills for every screen you named.

How much does a 3D walkthrough video cost in Pakistan?

Every project is quoted on its own. Film length, scenes, 360 points, whether we model from AutoCAD drawings and the launch date decide it.

How long does it take to make?

A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. The quote shows the date for each version.

Can you add Urdu titles?

Yes. English and Urdu titles, with versions for YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp and the expo screen.

Will the video match the final building?

It shows the design as drawn and specified. Label it as an artist’s impression, and we flag any area of the design that is not decided yet.

What is progress media?

Visuals and short films of each construction phase and where the site stands, so buyers abroad can see the project moving.

What files do you need?

SketchUp or Revit files, 2024 version preferred, or AutoCAD and PDF drawings, the materials list and your logo or brand guide. Large files can come as a Drive or WeTransfer link.

Is this motion graphics?

No. Motion graphics are 2D explainers. This is a 3D film of your actual project, made from its model.

Can we see a walkthrough you have made?

We show them in a private portfolio walkthrough, because most projects are under client confidentiality. The visuals on this page are coded demos.
