Exhibition, Event & Stage Visuals Exhibition stall design agency in Lahore, Pakistan

Pakistani exporters spend heavily to exhibit abroad, then often arrive with a stall that does not show the product well. We design the stall in 3D before anyone builds it.

For exporters, manufacturers and brands in Lahore, Karachi and Sialkot exhibiting at expos in Pakistan or at trade shows in the Gulf and Europe.

A costly trip and a stall that undersells.

For a textile, sports goods or food exporter, one trade show can decide the orders for a season. Yet the stall is often decided late from a fabricator’s catalogue, the product is crowded on shelves, and the brand looks smaller than the company really is. Abroad, the local contractor builds whatever drawing they receive.

We design the stall around how buyers inspect your products: display walls, a sample table, a quiet corner for meetings, graphics in English for international buyers. You see it in renders and a walkthrough, then your fabricator or the show’s contractor builds from our files. We design and visualise only, we do not fabricate or install.

What Pakistani clients ask us to design

  • Export trade show stands abroad
  • Expo stalls in Lahore and Karachi
  • Product launch stages
  • Screen content for stalls and stages
  • Sponsorship mock-ups

What you get

You get a stall or stand concept, renders and a walkthrough, screen content and sponsor mock-ups. Your fabricator in Pakistan or the contractor at the show abroad builds from our files.

  1. Stand & Booth Concepts

A stand or booth concept for your space and open sides, with zones for display, meetings, storage and screens, built around your brand guidelines.

  2. 3D Renders & Walkthroughs

Rendered stills from the angles visitors will see and a short walkthrough film, so management approves the stand before the builder starts.

  3. Stage & Set Visuals

Stage and set visuals for conferences, launches and ceremonies: layout, screens, lighting mood and branding, so everyone works from one picture.

  4. Projection Mapping Content

Animated content made to the projection surface and the file specification your AV company gives us, delivered as MP4.

  5. LED Backdrops & Virtual Sets

Motion loops and still backdrops for LED walls, plus virtual set backgrounds, sized to the screen layout your AV supplier shares.

  6. Sponsorship & Branding Mock-ups

Mock-ups that show where sponsor logos, banners and branded items will sit, so sponsors approve placement before anything is printed.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief and space

Your space allocation or stage plan, sizes, open sides, brand guidelines, any organiser rules and the message the stand must carry.

  2. Step 2: Concept

A layout and a plain massing model first, so you agree zones and visitor flow before materials and graphics are added.

  3. Step 3: Render and animate

Materials, graphics, lighting and screen content are added, and drafts are reviewed with you against the brief.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

Final JPEG stills and MP4 films, plus the design files we hand to your stand builder or AV company to build and install from.

Questions

How much does exhibition stall design cost in Pakistan?

It depends on scope: stall size and open sides, the number of rendered views, a walkthrough or screen content, and the show date. Send the organiser’s plan and your product list and we quote per project in writing.

Do you fabricate the stall?

No. We only design and visualise. Your fabricator in Pakistan, or the contractor at the show abroad, builds from our renders and files, and we can send the files to them.

Can you design for a show outside Pakistan?

Yes. Many exporters exhibit in the Gulf and Europe. We design to that organiser’s rules and stand size, and the files go to the local contractor you or the organiser appoint.

How do you show our products in the stall?

We plan the display around how buyers handle your products, with shelving, sample tables and lighting shown in the renders so you can check that the range fits.

What do you need from us?

The space plan, stall size, open sides, your brand guidelines and logo files, product photos or a list, and any SketchUp or Revit files. Attach them to the quote form or share a Drive or WeTransfer link.

Do you make LED screen content for the stall?

Yes. We make loops and backdrops sized to the screen your supplier or the show provides. The screen itself comes from them.

How long does a stall design take?

A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. For shows abroad, add time for the contractor there, so brief us early.

How many revisions are included?

Each quote includes revision rounds at concept, draft and final stage. If the stall size changes after concept approval, that is quoted first.

Can we see stalls you have designed?

We show event work in a private portfolio walkthrough rather than online, as most clients keep it confidential. Ask for one when you send your brief.

Send your space plan for a quote.

A short brief is enough: the event, the stand or stage size, open sides, brand guidelines and the date. We reply with questions and a quote, and your builder receives our files.
