Islamabad & Rawalpindi Creative and advertising agency for Islamabad and Rawalpindi

In the twin cities, a lot of business is won on paper: proposals, RFP responses and company profiles read by careful evaluators. How you present matters as much as what you offer.

We work with Islamabad and Rawalpindi clients from our Lahore studio. Most work runs on calls, WhatsApp and email, and we come to the twin cities for meetings and shoots when the project needs it.

Two cities, two ways of doing business

Islamabad is the federal capital. Ministries, regulators, embassies, NGOs and international organisations sit alongside the consultancies, IT companies and suppliers that work with them. Much of this work comes through RFPs and procurement processes with strict documentation, so a firm's profile, past work and written proposals carry real weight.

Rawalpindi runs on a different rhythm. Traditional trade in Raja Bazaar and Saddar, wholesale and retail family businesses, hospitals and schools serving a large population. Across both cities, real estate housing schemes, private education and healthcare compete for attention, and a growing number of IT firms and freelancers sell their services abroad.

We work with clients in Islamabad and Rawalpindi from our Lahore studio, on calls, WhatsApp and email, and visit for meetings and shoots when the project needs it.

What we do for Islamabad & Rawalpindi businesses

Website design in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

An evaluator, donor or foreign client will open your website between reading your proposal and deciding. If it looks abandoned, the proposal suffers.

Islamabad consultancies and IT firms put weeks into proposals and very little into the website the evaluator opens next. Outdated team pages, a services list that no longer matches the business and no record of completed work all raise questions you never get the chance to answer.

We build sites that support the proposal: clear services, case studies written to the level of detail you are allowed to share, team and leadership pages, and documents that are easy to find. For schools, clinics and Rawalpindi businesses the focus shifts to mobile visitors who want location, timings and a way to call or WhatsApp.

Typical briefs we get

  • Website for a development consultancy listing sectors, projects and experts
  • Portfolio site for an Islamabad IT company selling to clients abroad
  • Admissions and information site for a private school in Rawalpindi
  • Programme website for an NGO with reports and partner pages

Branding and logo design in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

A consultancy that grew from one founder, or a Rawalpindi shop that grew over a generation, often outgrows the logo it started with.

Many twin-cities firms began as a single consultant, a freelancer or a family shop in Saddar. The logo was made quickly and never revisited. Now the same mark sits on proposals to international organisations, a new clinic's signboard or a second branch, and it no longer matches the business.

We build an identity that fits where you are going: a logo, colours and type that look composed on a proposal cover and a website, and that also work on a shop sign or a uniform. You get templates for proposals, letterheads and presentations, because that is where most twin-cities brands are seen.

Typical briefs we get

  • Identity and proposal templates for a new Islamabad consultancy
  • Rebrand for a Rawalpindi family business opening a second branch
  • Logo and signage for a clinic in Islamabad
  • Brand for an IT startup preparing to pitch to foreign clients

Company profiles for RFPs and tenders in Islamabad

Procurement committees and donor evaluators read many profiles against the same criteria. Yours should make their checklist easy.

Federal public procurement in Pakistan follows PPRA rules, and development-sector and international buyers run their own documented processes. Either way, evaluators work through set criteria: registrations, relevant experience, key staff, similar assignments and capacity. A profile that buries these in long paragraphs makes them work harder, and that rarely helps you.

We structure the profile around what evaluators look for, write it in clear English, and design it so key facts are quick to find. We also make a short capability statement for expressions of interest and partner meetings. What goes in is what you can document; we do not inflate it.

Typical briefs we get

  • Company profile and capability statement for a development consultancy
  • Profile for an IT services firm bidding on public-sector RFPs
  • Supplier profile for a contractor responding to expressions of interest
  • Organisation profile for an NGO approaching new donors

Social media marketing in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

Parents choosing a school, patients choosing a clinic and families looking at a housing project all research on Facebook and Instagram first, then send a WhatsApp.

Twin-cities schools, clinics and real estate projects run Facebook and Instagram ads and get messages, but many go unanswered for hours, and the enquiries that do get a reply receive a price and nothing else. Real estate advertising in particular has made buyers wary, so vague or exaggerated posts work against you.

We plan content that answers the real questions: fees structure and admissions dates, doctors and timings, project location and progress. Ads run to clear audiences in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and WhatsApp is set up so every enquiry gets a prompt, useful reply your team can follow up.

Typical briefs we get

  • Admissions campaign for a school system with campuses in both cities
  • Content and ads for a specialist clinic in Islamabad
  • Honest progress updates and lead ads for a housing project
  • First social presence for a Rawalpindi retailer in Saddar

Video and photography in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

A donor report says what a programme did. A three-minute film shows it. The same is true of a campus, a clinic or a consultancy's team.

Development-sector teams in Islamabad often finish programmes with strong results and only phone photos to show for them. Consultancies and IT firms have capable teams that never appear in their own material. When a donor, client or recruit asks to see the work, there is little to send.

We plan the video around its use: a donor report, a website, a pitch or a recruitment drive. Interviews, site footage and graphics are shot to a clear outline, with consent and safeguarding handled properly for programme work. For schools, clinics and projects we capture stills and short clips in the same visit.

Typical briefs we get

  • Short programme documentary for an NGO's donor report
  • Team and culture film for an Islamabad IT company
  • Campus video and photography for a university admissions season
  • Walkthrough and progress video for a real estate project

Questions

Do you have a team in Islamabad?

No. Our Pakistan studio is in Lahore, and we work with Islamabad and Rawalpindi clients from there on calls, WhatsApp and email. We visit the twin cities for workshops, interviews and shoots when the project needs us on site.

How much does a company profile or capability statement cost in Islamabad?

It depends on scope: length, English only or with Urdu, how much writing and interviewing is needed, new photography, editable templates for future bids and any RFP format you must follow. Send us the brief and we reply with a fixed quote and a timeline in the proposal.

Can you help with RFP and tender documents?

Yes, with the presentation side: the company profile, capability statement and the design of your proposal. The technical and financial content, and compliance with PPRA or donor procurement rules, stay with your team.

Will a better profile help us qualify for a tender?

Not by itself. It helps evaluators find and understand your information, but qualification depends on your actual registrations, experience and the bid, and we only include what you can document.

Can you design to a donor's format and let us update the profile between bids?

Yes. If an RFP sets a format or page limit we design within it and keep the full profile separately, and editable files can be included so you can adjust project lists for each bid.

Can you show our projects on the website without breaking confidentiality?

Yes. We write case studies at the level of detail you are permitted to share, sometimes without naming the client, and build pages to the accessibility standard a funder asks for when you tell us in the brief.

Do you follow safeguarding and consent rules when filming NGO programmes?

Yes. We use consent forms and follow your organisation's safeguarding and visibility guidelines, especially with beneficiaries, and subtitle films in English and Urdu for local and international audiences.

Can ads reach only Islamabad or only Rawalpindi?

Yes. Meta ads can be set to specific areas, so each campus, clinic branch or housing project reaches the people near it, with content in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English as fits the audience.
