Step 1: Brief and drawings
Approved plans in CAD or PDF, SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) models, 2024 version preferred, the unit schedule, finishes and brand guidelines.
Step 2: Structure
We agree unit types and plan style and, for interactive tools, the screens, filters and who on your side updates availability.
Step 3: Produce
Floor plans, renders and the interactive tool are built, then reviewed with your sales or leasing team on real units.
Step 4: Hand over
JPEG plans, MP4 films and the tool as a link or embed for your website and sales centre screen, with a short guide for your team.

Questions
What does a 3D house plan cost in Pakistan?
It depends on scope: the number of house or unit types, 2D or 3D, furnishing detail and any interactive picker. Send the drawings and plot or unit list and we quote per project in writing.
What is the difference between a 2D and 3D house plan?
A 2D plan is the technical layout with sizes. A 3D plan shows the same house from above with furniture and finishes, so a buyer abroad understands it at a glance. We draw both from your approved drawings.
Can you make an interactive plot map for our scheme?
Yes. Buyers click a block and a plot, see whether it is open, reserved or sold, and open the house type plans. Your team updates the status.
Can it connect to our sales system or take payments?
It can link to your own enquiry or sales process, for example an enquiry form to your sales office. Deeper links are scoped per project, and online payment is not part of the standard tool.
Are the plans exact?
They follow your approved drawings and are labelled as artist’s impressions. Sizes come from your documents, and you check sales material with your advisers before publishing.
Can the tool work for overseas buyers?
Yes. It runs in a browser on any phone, so buyers abroad can explore plans and send an enquiry at any hour.
What files do you need?
Approved AutoCAD or PDF plans, the master plan, SketchUp or Revit models if you have them (2024 version preferred) and the plot or unit list. Share big files by Drive or WeTransfer link.
How long does it take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. House type plans alone are usually quicker than a full plot map.
How many revisions are included?
Each quote includes revision rounds at layout, draft and final stage. If the architect changes the drawings after production starts, we quote that first.
