How it works
Step 1: Brief and drawings
Site and floor plans in CAD or PDF, SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) models, 2024 version preferred, the list of places to mark and your brand guidelines.
Step 2: Scope the model
We agree the area, the level of detail, the screens it runs on and what is clickable. Any live data or system link is listed separately, with your own suppliers.
Step 3: Build and review
We build the model and the views, then walk them with your operations or visitor team and fix routes, names and labels.
Step 4: Hand over
The interactive views as a link or embed, kiosk and phone versions, MP4 films and JPEG stills, with a short guide on what your team can update.

What is a digital twin for a housing society?
A visual 3D model of the whole masterplan, with blocks, roads, parks and commercial areas, that buyers can turn and click. It is for sales and wayfinding, not a live control system.
Can it show live data like gates or utilities?
Not as standard. Live data needs your own systems and suppliers and is only possible if it is scoped per project. The visual model works on its own.
Can overseas buyers open it?
Yes. It runs as a web link they can open on a phone or laptop from anywhere, so your agents can share it on WhatsApp.
How much does a 3D masterplan map cost in Pakistan?
Each project is quoted separately. The size of the society, detail, clickable areas and languages decide it. Send the masterplan and we quote.
Will plot numbers and availability show?
Plot and block labels can be shown from your approved plan. If you want availability shown, your team keeps it updated through a method agreed in the scope.
Are the visuals exact?
They are drawn from your approved plans and labelled as artist’s impressions. Check sales material with your own advisers and the relevant authority before you publish.
What files do you need?
The approved masterplan and floor plans as DWG or PDF, any SketchUp or Revit model (2024 version preferred), and the places you want marked. Large files can come as a Drive or WeTransfer link.
How long does it take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Share any expo or launch date in your brief.
How many revisions are included?
Every quote includes revision rounds on the model, labels and final views. Changes to the approved masterplan after modelling starts are quoted as new work.
