How it works
Step 1: Brief and model
Your SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or CAD and PDF drawings, the unit schedule, finishes, brand guidelines and the launch date.
Step 2: Plan the experience
We agree what buyers see first, the units in VR, the screens in the room and who supplies the hardware, then storyboard the visit.
Step 3: Produce and test
We build the VR tour, the sales gallery app and the 360 views, then test them with your sales team on the agreed hardware.
Step 4: Hand over
The VR build, the gallery app, 360 links, MP4 films and JPEG stills, with a short guide for staff and your AV vendor.

Questions
Do you provide VR headsets?
Not by default. We produce the tour and tell you which headsets and screens to use. You or your AV vendor provide them, unless the quote says otherwise.
How much do VR real estate tours cost in Pakistan?
Each project is quoted on its own: units in VR, gallery screens, 360 views, the agent pack and your expo date. Send the model or drawings.
Can we use it at expos abroad?
Yes. The VR build runs on portable headsets and the gallery on a laptop and screen, so it travels with your team to Gulf and UK expos.
What does the WhatsApp pack contain?
Stills, 360 links and short vertical 9:16 cuts of the key units and amenities, from the same model, so agents can answer an overseas buyer the same day.
Can the gallery show plot or unit availability?
Yes, if your team keeps it updated through a method agreed in the scope. Bookings and payments stay in your own sales process.
Are the visuals exact?
They are artist’s impressions from your approved design. Check sales material with your own advisers and the relevant authority before publishing.
What files do you need?
SketchUp or Revit models (2024 version preferred), or DWG and PDF drawings, the unit list, finishes and logo files. Share big files through Drive or WeTransfer.
How long does it take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. If an expo is booked, share the date with your brief.
How many revisions are included?
Every quote includes revision rounds on storyboard, draft and final build. Design changes after production starts are priced as new scope first.
