How it works
Step 1: Brief and model
Your SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or CAD and PDF drawings, the unit schedule, finishes, brand guidelines and the launch date.
Step 2: Plan the experience
We agree what buyers see first, the units in VR, the screens in the room and who supplies the hardware, then storyboard the visit.
Step 3: Produce and test
We build the VR tour, the sales gallery app and the 360 views, then test them with your sales team on the agreed hardware.
Step 4: Hand over
The VR build, the gallery app, 360 links, MP4 films and JPEG stills, with a short guide for staff and your AV vendor.

Questions
Can VR replace a show flat?
It can sit alongside one or reduce how many you need. VR shows any unit type and floor, while a show flat lets buyers touch the finishes. Many suites use both.
Who supplies the headsets and screens?
You or your AV supplier, as standard. We specify exactly what the experience needs and test on it. If you want us to source hardware, it is written into the quote.
How much does a VR marketing suite cost in the UK?
It is quoted per project. Units in VR, gallery features, 360 views, the agent pack and the launch date decide it. Send the model and schedule.
Can we take it on an overseas roadshow?
Yes. The VR build and the gallery app run on portable kit, and the 360 views open from a link for buyers who cannot attend.
What goes in the agent pack?
Stills, 360 links and short vertical 9:16 cuts of each unit type and the amenities, from the same model, ready for agents to send by email or WhatsApp.
Do the visuals need a disclaimer?
Yes. They are computer generated images from your approved design and should be labelled as indicative. Check sales material with your own advisers.
What files do you need?
A Revit or SketchUp model, 2024 version preferred, or DWG and PDF drawings, the accommodation schedule, specification and brand guidelines. Share large files by link.
How long does it take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Give us the suite opening date at the start.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rounds are built into every quote, at storyboard, draft and final stage. Design changes after production starts are scoped before we proceed.
