Interior 3D Visualisation 3D kitchen and room visualisation in London, United Kingdom
A new kitchen, a loft conversion or a flat refurbishment in London is a big spend decided from a drawing and a showroom sample. We render your rooms from your plan and measurements in realistic light, so you see the result before you order.
For London homeowners planning a kitchen, extension or refurbishment, landlords refitting flats, and the designers and builders who need the client to sign off one picture.
A showroom sample is not your kitchen.
Kitchen showrooms show a unit in their light and their dimensions. Back home, the worktop reads darker, the island crowds a narrow terrace kitchen and the extension looks smaller than the drawing suggested. Finding that out after the units are ordered is expensive.
We render your own room from your plan and measurements, with the options you are choosing between. We do not fit kitchens, supply units or manage building work, and we do not replace your architect or planning drawings; we make the design clear so you, your designer and your builder agree on one picture.
What London homeowners ask us to show
- A kitchen layout before ordering units
- A rear or side return extension
- A loft conversion
- A flat refurbishment, before and after
- Cabinet, worktop and floor options compared
- A design to share with a partner or landlord
What you get

3D kitchen and room visualisation in the UK
A new kitchen, a loft conversion or a flat refurbishment in London is a big spend, usually decided from a drawing and a showroom sample.
Kitchen showrooms show a unit in their light and at their dimensions. At home, the worktop reads darker, the island crowds a narrow terrace kitchen and the extension looks smaller than the drawing suggested. Finding that out after the units are ordered is expensive. The same goes for a loft conversion, a bathroom or a flat refurbishment between lettings. A 3D visualisation of your own room, made from your plan and measurements, lets you see the result before you order.
Our London studio does the visualisation, and we take briefs from homeowners, landlords, designers and builders in Manchester, Bristol, Leeds and other cities, over video call and email, with a visit where the work needs it. Send your plan and measurements, a SketchUp .skp or Revit .rvt model saved in the 2024 version, or photographs and a sketch, plus the options you are choosing between. We model the room and render it in realistic light from the layout and finishes you give us.
Text is British English, and the views carry your labels. We deliver JPEG stills and MP4 films you can share with a partner, a landlord or a builder, with up to three rounds of amends per full set. We visualise your design. We do not fit kitchens, supply units or manage building work, and we do not replace your architect or your planning drawings, so the pictures stay neutral between suppliers.
The service suits homeowners planning a kitchen, extension or refurbishment, landlords refitting flats, and designers and builders who need the client to sign off one picture. Walkthroughs of earlier work are shown privately on request. Send us the plan and what you are deciding, and we quote within 48 hours. Every job is quoted per project.
How UK homeowners and builders use 3D room views
A terraced house kitchen
The owners compare a peninsula with an island in a narrow space and see which leaves room to walk, before units are ordered.
A rear or side return extension
The family sees the extra light and the new layout, and checks how the kitchen, dining and garden doors work together.
A flat refurbishment between lettings
The landlord views two floor and worktop options and picks one before the builder is booked.
See the room before the first tile is laid.
Send your plan, measurements and a few photos or pictures of styles you like. We reply with questions and a quote, or set up a private portfolio walkthrough.

How it works
Step 1: Send the plan
Your floor plan as DWG or PDF, room measurements and photos of the space today, or a SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model saved in the 2024 version. Add pictures of rooms and kitchens you like.
Step 2: Layout and camera
We model the rooms and agree the camera views on a plain model first, so you approve the layout and angles before finishes are added.
Step 3: Finishes and options
Floors, cabinets, worktops, wall finishes, curtains and lighting are applied, and each option you want compared is rendered from the same camera.
Step 4: Final images
Renders as JPEG and rotatables as MP4, sized for WhatsApp, print and your contractor or kitchen supplier. Up to 3 revision rounds per full set are included in every quote.

Questions
How much does 3D kitchen design cost in the UK?
It depends on the size of the room, the views and how many cabinet, worktop and floor options you want compared. Each project is quoted on its own, and the quote comes within 48 hours of your brief.
Do you supply or fit the kitchen?
No. We visualise only. Your kitchen company or builder supplies and fits, and we send them the images and drawings so they quote the same design.
Do you replace my architect or planning drawings?
No. Architectural drawings and any planning or building regulation work stay with your architect or consultant. Our renders are visuals to help you decide and share.
I have a showroom design already. Can you render it?
Yes, if the showroom can share the plan and the product references. We render it in your room with your finishes so you can compare it with other options.
Can you show a loft or extension?
Yes. Send the architect’s plans and photos of the space today, and we render the proposed room, with a before and after if you want one.
What files do you need?
Send a floor plan as DWG or PDF with photos and room measurements, or a SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model from your architect, saved in the 2024 version.
How many revisions are included?
Every quote includes up to 3 revision rounds per full set. If the plan changes after modelling, that change is quoted first.
Can we see interiors you have rendered?
Client projects are confidential, so examples are shown in a private portfolio walkthrough. Ask for one when you send your drawings.
Can you render a design from a kitchen company?
Yes. Send us the drawing or specification and we render it, so you can see it in your own room and light.
Can you work from a single room measurement and photographs?
Yes, for a single room that is often enough. We tell you what else would help.
Do you meet in London?
Our London studio can meet where the project needs it. Most reviews run by video call and email.
Can you show daylight and evening lighting?
Yes. Day and evening views can be part of the quote, as you choose.
Can you help with building regulations or planning?
No. We provide visuals only and do not replace your architect or any planning drawings.
Can my builder use the images?
Yes. The stills and films are yours to share, so the builder works from the same picture.
Tell us about your space.
A short brief is enough: apartment, kitchen, majlis or villa interior, the plan and photos you have, the rooms you want shown and when you need them. Big files can come as a Drive or WeTransfer link.
