3D Animation & Virtual Tours 3D walkthrough and virtual tour company in London, United Kingdom
Most UK virtual tour companies photograph buildings that already exist. We make CGI films and 360 tours of schemes that are still on the drawing board.
For UK developers, architects, interior designers, venue operators and agents, including UK firms marketing schemes in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
A virtual tour needs a building. Yours is not built.
Search for a virtual tour company in the UK and most offers involve a camera and a finished property. That does not help when the scheme is off-plan and the marketing suite opens before the first floor slab is poured.
We render the walkthrough and the 360 views from your Revit or SketchUp model, so buyers can explore the flat, the amenity floor or the reception long before completion. The film and the tours match, because they come from the same model.
What UK clients use them for
- Off-plan marketing suites
- Property portals and websites
- Office and amenity previews
- Investor and progress updates
- Gulf scheme launches
What you get
You get the scheme film, vertical cuts for Instagram and LinkedIn, 360 walkthroughs for the website and portals, a VR version for the marketing suite and progress media for investors.
Storyboard & Camera Paths
A storyboard and camera paths agreed on a simple preview, so you approve the route through the project before any final rendering.
Project Film (DVC)
The CGI film of your project with music and Arabic or English titles, for the sales centre screen, the launch event, the website and YouTube.
Vertical 9:16 Cuts
Vertical versions cut from the same film for Snapchat, TikTok, Reels and Stories, reframed for a phone rather than cropped.
360 Renders & Walkthroughs
360 renders of key rooms and spaces, linked into a walkthrough buyers open in a browser or on a phone and look around at their own pace.
VR Experience
A VR version of the walkthrough for the sales centre or an exhibition stand, so visitors can stand inside a space that is not built yet.
Construction & Progress Media
Phase by phase visuals and short films that show how the project will rise and where it stands, for investors, buyers and site boards.

How it works
Step 1: Brief and model
Your SketchUp or Revit model or your drawings, materials list and brand guidelines, plus where the film and tours will be shown.
Step 2: Storyboard and preview
We plan the shots and send a plain preview of the camera paths and 360 points. You approve the route before rendering starts.
Step 3: Render and edit
Materials, light, people and landscaping are added, the film is rendered and edited with music and titles, and drafts are reviewed with you.
Step 4: Versions and delivery
The main film, the 9:16 cuts and the 360 views, delivered as MP4 films and JPEG stills for every screen you named.

Questions
How much does a 3D walkthrough cost in the UK?
Each one is quoted on its own scope: film length, scenes, the number of 360 views, any VR version, the model you supply and your deadline.
How long does a walkthrough and tour take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. The quote sets the dates for each version.
Do you photograph existing buildings for tours?
No. Our tours are rendered from the design model, which is why they work for schemes that are not built yet.
Which formats do you deliver?
MP4 films for the suite, web and social, and JPEG stills. The 360 tour opens in a browser and the hand-over is set out in the quote.
Which model formats can you take?
Revit (.rvt) or SketchUp (.skp), ideally saved as 2024, or DWG and PDF drawings, with the finishes schedule and brand guidelines.
Can you make Arabic versions for Gulf launches?
Yes. Arabic titles and versions for Saudi and Bahraini audiences, with local context in the scenes.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rounds are included in every quote, tied to the storyboard, draft and final film.
Can we see examples?
In a private portfolio walkthrough on a call. Most of our films are confidential, and the visuals on this page are coded demos.
Send your drawings for a quote.
Attach your model or drawings, or paste a Drive or WeTransfer link for large files. Tell us the film length, the tours you need, where they will play and your launch date. We reply with questions and a quote for that scope.
