3D Rendering CGI rendering studio in London, United Kingdom

CGI lets you sell a building before it is built and launch a product before samples arrive. We produce architectural, interior and product CGI that looks considered rather than computer made.

For London and UK developers, architects, interior designers and product brands, including UK firms bidding for or marketing projects in the Gulf.

CGI that looks like CGI.

Buyers and planning audiences have seen a lot of CGI, and they can spot the generic version: perfect blue skies, empty streets, plastic materials. It undermines trust in a scheme or product that may be very well designed.

We focus on credible light, materials and context. For UK schemes, that means honest British light and real streetscapes. For UK practices and developers working in Saudi Arabia or Bahrain, we render the local context, climate and culture properly, from facades to the people in the scene.

What UK clients use CGI for

  • Residential marketing suites
  • Planning and consultation imagery
  • Interior design presentations
  • Product launches and e-commerce
  • Gulf project bids and marketing

You get exterior and interior CGIs, aerial views, walkthrough animation and product CGI, delivered for marketing suites, websites, portals and print.

  1. Exterior Renders

Still images of buildings and facades at the time of day and in the setting that sells the project, from your drawings or models.

  2. Interior Renders

Interior scenes with furniture, materials and light chosen to show how the space will feel to live, work or stay in.

  3. Aerial & Masterplan Views

Aerial and masterplan views that explain a whole development: plots, roads, landscaping, amenities and what is nearby.

  4. Walkthrough Animation

A walkthrough or flythrough film with camera paths, music and titles, cut for sales centres, websites and social media.

  5. Product Renders

  6. Marketing-ready Files

Final images and films sized for brochures, hoardings, websites, listings and presentations, with print resolution where needed.

Need to show it before it is built?

Send the drawings or model you have and the views you need. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief and files

Your drawings, CAD or SketchUp models, materials, references and the views you need for sales or approval.

  2. Step 2: Camera and clay

Camera angles and a plain model are shared first, so you approve the views before materials and light are added.

  3. Step 3: Render

Materials, lighting, landscaping and people are added, and draft renders are reviewed against the design.

  4. Step 4: Finish and deliver

Final retouching, the animation edit if in scope, and files in every size and format you need.

Questions

How much does CGI rendering cost in the UK?

It depends on scope: number of views, interior or exterior, model detail, animation and the deadline. Send drawings and a view list and we quote a fixed scope.

Can you produce verified views for planning?

Verified views need survey data and a specific method. If you need them, tell us early so we can confirm whether that scope is right for us before quoting.

Do you render projects in the Gulf for UK practices?

Yes. Our teams in Riyadh and Manama help set the local context, landscaping and people, so the CGI suits Saudi or Bahraini audiences.

Can you make product CGI instead of a photo shoot?

Yes. Product CGI from CAD files gives clean catalogue images and lifestyle scenes, useful when samples are not ready.

What files do you need?

Drawings, Revit, SketchUp or CAD models, material schedules and references.

How many revisions are included?

The proposal lists rounds for camera views, draft renders and finals. A scheme change after the model is built is new scope, agreed before we continue.

Who owns the CGI?

Ownership of the approved images and films is agreed in writing in the proposal.

Can you work remotely?

Yes. Reviews happen on video and through shared drafts, with meetings in London when helpful.

Tell us about the project you want rendered.

A short brief is enough: the drawings or files you have, the number of views, any animation and the deadline. We reply with questions and a fixed-scope quote.
