Approved plans in CAD or PDF, SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) models, 2024 version preferred, the unit schedule, finishes and brand guidelines.
Step 2: Structure
We agree unit types and plan style and, for interactive tools, the screens, filters and who on your side updates availability.
Step 3: Produce
Floor plans, renders and the interactive tool are built, then reviewed with your sales or leasing team on real units.
Step 4: Hand over
JPEG plans, MP4 films and the tool as a link or embed for your website and sales centre screen, with a short guide for your team.

How much does a 3D floor plan cost in the UK?
It depends on scope: the number of house or apartment types, 2D, 3D or both, furnishing detail, and any interactive selector. Send drawings and a unit schedule and we quote per project.
2D vs 3D floor plans: which should we use?
Both, for different jobs. 2D plans with dimensions suit particulars and contracts, 3D plans help buyers picture the space. We draw them from the same approved drawings so they always match.
Can buyers see which plots are available?
Yes. Plots or units show as available, reserved or sold, and your sales team updates them through the method agreed in the scope.
Will it integrate with our CRM?
It can link to your own enquiry or sales process, such as a register interest form that reaches your team. Any deeper integration is scoped per project, and we do not offer live reservations or payments.
Do you build seat-view tools for hospitality sales?
Yes. Views from boxes, lounges and seats are rendered from the venue model, so corporate buyers can compare packages before a site visit.
Are the plans accurate enough for marketing?
They are drawn from your approved drawings and labelled as indicative. Dimensions come from your documents, and your own advisers should check marketing material before it is published.
What do you need from us?
Approved plans in CAD or PDF, any SketchUp or Revit models, ideally the 2024 version, the accommodation schedule and the specification. Large files can come by WeTransfer link.
How long does it take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Plans for a single phase are usually quicker than a site wide selector.
How many rounds of amends are included?
Amends rounds are included in every quote, at layout, draft and final stage. Changes to the approved drawings once production starts are new scope.
