How it works
Step 1: Sign up or send a project
Use the project form and mark it as a partner request. Send your NDA first if you need one, and we sign it before any drawings change hands.
Step 2: Brief and quote
For each project you send the SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or DWG and PDF drawings, the materials list and your presentation date. We quote that scope on its own.
Step 3: Clay, drafts and review
Camera angles are approved on a plain clay model first, then materials, light and motion are added. Reviews happen with your team only. Revision rounds are included in every quote.
Step 4: Unbranded delivery
Final JPEG and MP4 files arrive with no mark of ours, sized for your deck, your screen and your client’s channels. Your firm presents them.

Will our client see your name anywhere?
No. Files carry no credit, logo or watermark, we do not add the work to any public portfolio, and we do not approach your clients.
How do we set up as a partner practice?
Complete the project form and flag it as a partner request, with a note on your practice and the projects you present. Include your NDA if you use one.
Do you offer trade rates or commission?
No. There is no trade rate card, volume discount or commission. Each project is quoted on its own, and you set your fee to the client.
Can you work to our house style?
Yes. Share a handful of past images and your template, and we match lighting, mood, finish and framing so the set sits with your earlier work.
Can the CGI be used for planning?
Some practices include CGI as supporting images. Your planning consultant decides what an application needs. Verified views need survey data and are quoted as a separate scope.
Will you change the design?
No. We visualise the scheme as drawn. Anything unresolved in the model comes back to your team as a question.
What files do you work from?
