How it works
Step 1: Sign up or send a project
Use the project form and mark it as a partner request. Send your NDA first if you need one, and we sign it before any drawings change hands.
Step 2: Brief and quote
For each project you send the SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or DWG and PDF drawings, the materials list and your presentation date. We quote that scope on its own.
Step 3: Clay, drafts and review
Camera angles are approved on a plain clay model first, then materials, light and motion are added. Reviews happen with your team only. Revision rounds are included in every quote.
Step 4: Unbranded delivery
Final JPEG and MP4 files arrive with no mark of ours, sized for your deck, your screen and your client’s channels. Your firm presents them.

What does white-label mean here?
We make the visuals and your firm presents them as its own. Files carry no CREATVZ name or watermark, we do not publish them, and we never contact your client.
How do we become a partner?
Send the project form and mark it as a partner request. Tell us what you present and how often, and send your NDA if you use one. Then send projects whenever you have them.
Do partners get a discount or commission?
No. There is no partner price list, volume discount or commission. Each project is quoted on its own scope, and what you charge your client is your decision.
How is a project priced?
By the number of views, film length, 360 scenes and plans, and by how complete your model is. Send the drawings or model and we quote that exact scope.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request. Send your NDA with the first brief and we sign it before you share drawings or models.
Will you change our design?
No. We render what you designed and specified. If a detail is missing from the model, we ask your team rather than guess.
Who speaks to the end client?
Only you. Comments come to us from your team, and approvals go back through your team. We stay out of the client relationship completely.
What files do you need?
A SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or DWG and PDF drawings, plus the materials list, mood references and your presentation template.

White-label work is not published, so we show relevant projects in a private portfolio walkthrough on a call. Ask for one when you sign up.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the views, films and how final the design is. A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope; tell us your presentation date and we say what fits.
