Space & Leasing Selector Interactive stacking plan and leasing tool

Tenants and brokers want to know what is free, how big it is and how it could look, before they book a viewing. We turn your floor plans into a stacking plan and selector that answers all three.

For landlords, leasing teams and brokers of office towers, malls, business parks and logistics parks who let space to tenants who have not visited yet.

An availability spreadsheet and a folder of PDFs.

Most leasing teams send availability as a spreadsheet, plans as separate PDFs and brochures as another attachment. Brokers forward the wrong version, tenants cannot see where a unit sits in the building, and every question becomes a call.

A stacking plan shows the whole building at a glance, floor by floor, with what is available today. Click a floor and see the floor plate, click a unit and get its plan, fit-out render and brochure. Your team updates availability through the method agreed in the scope, and we do not promise integrations with any named CRM.

What landlords use it for

  • Office tower leasing
  • Mall and retail unit leasing
  • Business park offices
  • Logistics and warehouse parks
  • Broker presentations

What you get

You get an interactive stacking plan, 2D and 3D floor plates, availability your team updates, fit-out renders, site plans for malls and parks, and each unit linked to its tenant brochure.

  1. Interactive Stacking Plan

The building as a 3D stack of floors, each floor showing which spaces are available, under offer or let, for your leasing team and brokers.

  2. Floor Plates & Unit Plans

2D and 3D floor plates for each level, with every unit outlined, its area taken from your schedule, and cores, entrances and frontage marked.

  3. Availability Viewer

Availability that your team updates through the method agreed in the scope, so the selector matches what your leasing team says on the phone.

  4. Fit-Out Visuals

Renders of how a floor or unit could be fitted out, open plan or cellular office, shopfront or showroom, so tenants picture their own space.

  5. Mall & Park Site Plans

Clickable site plans for malls, business parks and logistics parks, opening each building, unit or warehouse with its plan and details.

  6. Tenant Brochure Links

Each unit linked to its tenant brochure, plan and enquiry form, so brokers send one link instead of a folder of PDFs.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief and drawings

Approved floor plans in CAD or PDF, SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) models, 2024 version preferred, the area schedule, tenant brochures and brand guidelines.

  2. Step 2: Structure

We agree the floors, units and statuses to show, the filters brokers need, and who on your side updates availability and how.

  3. Step 3: Produce

The stacking plan, floor plates, fit-out renders and selector are built, then checked with your leasing team against the area schedule.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

The selector as a link or embed for your website and leasing suite screen, JPEG plans and renders, and a short guide for your team.

Questions

What is a stacking plan in real estate?

A stacking plan shows a building floor by floor, with each tenancy or vacant space marked. Ours is interactive and in 3D: click a floor to see its plate, click a unit to see its plan, area and brochure.

How much does a leasing selector cost?

It depends on scope: floors and units, 2D or 3D floor plates, fit-out renders, site plans and the filters you need. Send your plans and area schedule and we quote per project.

Who updates availability?

Your team does, through the method agreed in the scope. We do not run your leasing records.

Does it connect to our CRM or leasing system?

It can link to your own enquiry process, such as a form that reaches your leasing team. Deeper connections are scoped per project, and we do not promise integrations with named platforms.

Can brokers use it?

Yes. Brokers get one link that shows what is available, with each unit opening its plan and tenant brochure, so they share the current version every time.

Can it show how a space could be fitted out?

Yes. We render example fit-outs, such as open plan offices, meeting suites or a shopfront, labelled as artist’s impressions.

What files do you need?

Approved floor plans in CAD or PDF, SketchUp or Revit models (2024 version preferred), the area schedule, tenant brochures and brand guidelines. Attach them to the quote form or share a link.

How long does it take?

A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. A single tower is usually quicker than a full park.

How many revisions are included?

Revision rounds are included in every quote, at structure, draft and final stage. New floors or a changed area schedule after production starts are new scope.

Can we see a selector you have built?

Landlord tools are usually private, so request a portfolio walkthrough and we show examples live. The illustrations on this page are coded demos.
