Approved floor plans in CAD or PDF, SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) models, 2024 version preferred, the area schedule, tenant brochures and brand guidelines.

Step 3: Produce

What does a leasing selector cost in Pakistan?
It depends on scope: floors, shops and offices, 2D or 3D plans, fit-out renders and the selector. Send the drawings and the unit list and we quote per project in writing.
What is a stacking plan?
It shows the building floor by floor with every shop or office marked as available, booked or let. Ours is 3D and clickable, so buyers and tenants find a unit without calling.
Can it show road facing and corner shops?
Yes. Frontage, corners, entrances and lifts are marked on each floor plan, so tenants see the position they are paying for.
Who updates availability?
Your sales or leasing team, through a simple method agreed in the scope.
Can it connect to our sales system or take payments?
It can link to your own enquiry process, for example a form to your sales office. Deeper links are scoped per project, and online payment is not part of the standard tool.
Can overseas clients use it?
Yes. It runs in a browser on any phone, so investors abroad can check floors and units at any hour.
What files do you need?
Approved AutoCAD or PDF plans, SketchUp or Revit models if you have them (2024 version preferred), and the shop and office list with sizes. Share big files by Drive or WeTransfer link.
How long does it take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. A single plaza is usually quicker than a full mall with a food court.
How many revisions are included?
Each quote includes revision rounds at structure, draft and final stage. If the architect changes the floor plans after production starts, we quote that first.
