Corporate Video Production Corporate video production company in Lahore, Pakistan
A foreign buyer who has never visited your factory decides in a few minutes whether to trust it. A clear film of your people, machines and process does that job better than a catalogue.
For exporters and manufacturers in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Sialkot and Faisalabad who sell to buyers abroad.
Buyers abroad cannot visit, so the film has to.
Searching for a video production company in Pakistan returns studios for weddings, dramas and ads, and freelancers with a camera. For an exporter the need is different: a factory-tour or process film that shows the cutting, stitching, forging or packing floor so that a buyer can see the order is safe in your hands.
Such a film is usually shot in English with subtitles, sometimes with Arabic or other versions for a particular buyer. It has to be filmed around a working floor without stopping production, and cut so that the first ten seconds already show something. We plan that with you before the shoot day, including which parts of the site the buyer should and should not see.

How it works
Step 1: Brief
Who the film is for, where it will be shown, what the viewer should do afterwards and which places and people are involved.
Step 2: Plan
The concept, script or question list, the shot list and the filming days, agreed with you and, where needed, with the site.
Step 3: Film and edit
Filming on the agreed days, then a rough cut, your comments, and a finished cut with graphics, sound and colour.
Step 4: Deliver
The final film, subtitle files, shorter cuts and the project files in your scope, handed over and organised.

Questions
How much does a factory or company video cost in Pakistan?
It depends on the length, how many filming days and locations, the crew, how many people speak on camera, voice-over, subtitle languages, the number of cuts and the deadline. Send a short brief and we quote a fixed scope in writing, so it can be compared with other quotes on the same terms.
How long does a factory film take?
A filming day or two on site, then the edit and your comments. The proposal has dates. Production schedules and access to the floor decide most of the timing, so tell us when the line is quietest.
Can you film without stopping production?
Usually yes. We plan the shots with your production manager so filming works around the line, and note safety rules for the areas where people are working.
Should the film be in English or Urdu?
For foreign buyers, English with subtitles is the usual choice. If you also want an Urdu cut for your own team or local customers, or an Arabic one for a Gulf buyer, we list each version in the scope.
How many revisions are included?
The proposal states the rounds, usually on the rough cut and on the finished one. A new story after filming is a separate scope, which we flag at the start.
Who owns the film and the raw footage?
You do. Ownership of the film and which raw footage you receive are written into the proposal. Ask every producer for the same in writing.
Why not use a local wedding or ad filmmaker?
You can, and some do this well. Ask to see an industrial or factory film they have made, check they can plan around a working floor, and agree the edit and ownership in writing. Those questions matter more than price.
Can we show a sensitive process or a customer’s product?
That is your decision and often your customer’s. Tell us which parts are off limits and we plan the shots and the edit to leave them out.
What about music and voice-over?
We can use music you hold the right to, or music licensed for the project, and record voice-over in English or another language. The proposal states which, and for anything unusual check with your lawyer.
Can the film feed our company profile and catalogue?
Yes. Stills and clips from the shoot can go into a company profile, catalogue and website so the buyer sees the same story everywhere.
Tell us about the film you need.
A short brief is enough to start: the business, the audience, the locations and the languages. We reply with questions and a fixed-scope quote.
