3D Visualisation & Animation 3D visualisation agency in Lahore, Pakistan

In Pakistan, housing schemes and towers are sold on visuals, often to overseas buyers. We make the renders, films and tours that buyers can trust.

For developers, builders, architects and interior designers in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad, mall and office owners, wedding halls and event organisers, and university campuses.

Buyers have learned not to trust renders.

Pakistani property buyers, and overseas Pakistanis most of all, have seen renders that look nothing like the handed-over building. Every scheme now has to work harder to be believed, and a cheap render only adds doubt.

We build from your real drawings and the materials you actually specify, then make the project look its best without inventing features. The same model gives you the walkthrough for YouTube, short vertical cuts, a 360 tour and a clickable floor plan, so every channel tells the same story.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief and files

You send your SketchUp or Revit model, CAD or PDF drawings, materials list and brand guidelines, plus what the visuals must achieve.

  2. Step 2: Scope and quote

We list the views, films, tours or tools you need and send a quote for that exact scope, with the revision rounds written in.

  3. Step 3: Drafts and review

Camera views and a plain model come first. Once you approve them, materials, light and motion are added and reviewed with you.

  4. Step 4: Finals and delivery

Stills as JPEG and films as MP4, in every size your hoardings, screens, website and social channels need.

Questions

How much does 3D visualisation cost in Pakistan?

Each project is quoted on its own. It depends on the number of renders and films, whether we model from AutoCAD drawings, any 360 tour or floor plan tool and your launch date.

How long does a complete set take?

A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. A few renders on their own take less, and the quote lists the dates.

What do you need from us to start?

SketchUp or Revit files, 2024 version preferred, or AutoCAD and PDF drawings, plus the materials list and your logo or brand guide. Send big files as a Drive or WeTransfer link.

Can overseas buyers use the 360 tour?

Yes. Tours and films are prepared for phones, YouTube and WhatsApp, with English and Urdu titles if you need them.

Will the visuals match the final building?

They show the design as drawn and specified. Label them as artist’s impressions, and we point out any area where the design is not yet decided.

Do you make visuals for wedding halls and events?

Yes. Hall interiors, stage designs and LED content shown in 3D, so the client can approve the setup before it is built.

Can we see projects you have done?

We show them in a private portfolio walkthrough, since most are under client confidentiality. The visuals on this page are coded demos.

How many changes can we ask for?

Revision rounds are included in every quote and tied to each stage. A design change after modelling is quoted before we continue.

Send your drawings for a quote.
