3D House Front Elevation 3D house front elevation design in Lahore, Pakistan

When you build on a marla or kanal plot in Lahore, Islamabad or Karachi, the front elevation is what the whole street sees. We render your architect’s elevation in 3D, by day and by night, so the family can compare stone, tile and colour before the mason starts.

For families building in DHA, Bahria Town, Gulberg, Bahria Enclave and other societies, overseas Pakistanis building back home, and the architects and contractors who work for them.

Searching for 3D house front elevation designs, then choosing from pictures of other people’s houses.

Most owners look at hundreds of elevation pictures online, then ask the architect for something similar. The 2D elevation and a few tile and stone samples from the market leave every family member imagining a different house. The mason starts, and the colour, the porch height or the gate looks different once it is real.

We render your own house, on your plot, with the elevation your architect has drawn and each material option from the same camera. We do not design the elevation, supply stone or tiles, or handle society or authority approvals; we give the family, the architect and the contractor one clear picture to agree on.

Who asks for 3D elevations in Pakistan

  • New houses on 5, 10 marla and kanal plots
  • Corner plots needing two faces
  • Double-storey and triple-storey houses
  • Renovating an older family house
  • Overseas Pakistanis building at home
  • Architects presenting elevation options

What you get

You get front and corner views of your house, day and night renders, stone, tile and paint options from the same camera, the gate and boundary wall in place, and a 360 rotatable, as JPEG and MP4.

  1. House Front Elevation Renders

A realistic 3D front elevation of your house from your architect’s drawings, seen from the road the way neighbours and guests will see it.

  2. Street & Corner Views

Street and corner views for corner plots and double-storey houses, so you can check both faces before the grey structure goes up.

  3. Day & Night Elevation

The same elevation by day and by night, with the porch, gate and facade lights switched on, to judge the look after sunset.

  4. Stone, Tile & Colour Options

The same camera rendered with different stone, tile, paint and cladding choices, laid side by side so the family can compare and decide.

  5. Gate, Boundary Wall & Lawn

Boundary wall, main gate, car porch, lawn and plants placed in the view, so the whole frontage is judged and not only the facade.

  6. Renovation Before & After

For renovations, a photo of your house today beside the proposed new front from the same angle, plus a 360 rotatable MP4 for the family to share.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Send the drawings

Your architect’s AutoCAD (DWG) or PDF elevations and plans, or a SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model saved in the 2024 version, with plot size, materials list and photos of the house today for renovations.

  2. Step 2: Camera and clay

We agree the camera views on a plain model first, so you approve the angles before stone, tile and colour are added.

  3. Step 3: Materials and options

Stone, tile, paint, gate and lighting are applied, and each option is rendered from the same camera for a fair comparison.

  4. Step 4: Final files

Day and night renders as JPEG and rotatables as MP4, sized for WhatsApp, print and your contractor. Up to 3 revision rounds per full set are included in every quote.

Questions

How much does a 3D elevation design cost?

It depends on the size of the house, the number of views, day and night versions and how many material options you want shown. We quote each house in PKR after we see the drawings, and the quote comes within 48 hours of your brief.

What decides the 3D house design cost?

The plot and house size, whether it is one face or a corner plot, the number of options to compare and whether a model already exists. A simple single front costs less to show than a corner house with options, so the quote lists what is included.

Do you design the front elevation?

No. We make a 3D render of the elevation your architect or designer has drawn. If you have no design yet, get the drawing made first and send us the files.

Can I send a picture of a house I like?

Yes, as a reference for style and materials. We render your own plot and plan with those materials, and we do not copy another house’s design.

Can we compare stone, tile and colours?

Yes. Each option is rendered from the same view and light, so the family compares the material and not the angle.

Can you help owners living abroad?

Yes. Reviews happen on WhatsApp and video calls, and the files are sized to share with family in Pakistan and with the contractor on site.

What files do you need?

AutoCAD (DWG) or PDF elevations and plans, or a SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) file saved in the 2024 version, plus plot size and your materials list.

Do you supply materials or get approvals?

No. Materials and the gate come from your contractor or supplier, and society or authority approvals stay with your architect. We provide the 3D visuals only.

How many revisions are included?

Up to 3 revision rounds per full set are included in every quote, for camera views, drafts and finals. A change to the architect’s drawings after modelling is quoted first.

Do you also do plazas and shopfronts?

Yes, on our plaza and shopfront elevation page. This page is for houses; commercial buildings have their own page, with signboards and shop glazing.

Tell us about your house.

A short brief is enough: plot size in marla or kanal, the drawings you have, the options you want to compare and when you need them. Big files can come as a Drive or WeTransfer link.
