A well-made garment, football or instrument loses to a competitor’s when the photos are dark, the background is cluttered, and the images arrive in different sizes. Buyers shortlist from catalogues and listings, and they cannot touch the product yet. Stitching, leather grain, steel finish and print detail need to be visible in the image.
Many exporters shoot the same product several times for different buyers. We plan one catalogue shoot with a consistent look, then export versions for Amazon-style listings, B2B marketplaces, your own site and buyer emails. Hiring a marketplace freelancer is an option, and some deliver well. The questions to ask are about colour accuracy, retouching, file names and whether you get the original files.

Questions
How much does product photography cost in Pakistan?
It depends on the scope: the number of products, the shots per product, styling, retouching level, models if needed, the location and the turnaround. Send a short brief and we quote a fixed scope in writing, so you can compare it with other quotes on the same terms.
How long does a catalogue shoot take?
It depends on the number of products and shots. The proposal sets dates for planning, shooting and retouching. Late samples and last-minute additions are the common causes of delay.
Can you shoot at our factory or warehouse?
Yes. For a large catalogue, shooting at your premises can save moving stock. We assess the space and light first, or arrange a studio if that gives better results.
Will the colours match the real product?
We colour-match the images to the product and ask for a sample of key colours. Screens differ, so we tell you if a colour is hard to reproduce, such as some dyed fabrics and leathers.
Can you follow the image rules of Amazon-style and B2B marketplaces?
Yes. Send the platform’s current image rules and we shoot and export to them. Marketplaces change requirements, so confirm the latest with the platform.
How many revisions are included?
The proposal states the rounds, mainly for retouching and colour. A reshoot is a different scope, so we agree the shot list and a test image first.
Who owns the images?
You do. Ownership of the final images and the original files is written into the proposal. Ask every photographer, including us, for that in writing.
Do you have your own photo studio?
We assemble the crew and arrange a suitable studio, or work at your premises. The proposal states exactly where the shoot happens.
Can you add model shots for garments or sports goods?
Yes, if models are in scope. They change the cost and the schedule, and releases are agreed and written down before the shoot.
Can you also make a catalogue PDF or a short product video?
Yes. A catalogue layout in English, with Urdu or Arabic where a buyer needs it, and a short video are separate scopes we can quote with the shoot.
