Step 1: Brief
Who will be in the room, what decision you want from them, the date you present, and the material you already have: an old deck, a profile, the numbers.
Step 2: Storyline
We propose the outline slide by slide with the key message of each. You approve the story before design starts.
Step 3: Design
Slides designed in your brand, charts and diagrams redrawn. You review the whole deck and send one set of comments per round.
Step 4: Hand over
Editable files, the master template and a PDF, checked for fonts, links and slide order before they reach you.

How much does presentation design cost in Pakistan?
It depends on the scope: the number of slides, whether we write the content, extra language versions, the charts and diagrams, a reusable template and the deadline. Send your current deck and we quote a fixed scope in writing.
How long does it take?
Storyline first, then design and review. The proposal includes dates set back from your call, visit or trade fair. Late content is the usual delay, so share what you have at the start.
Can you design a capability deck for foreign buyers?
Yes. We order it around the buyer’s questions: products, markets served, quality control, capacity, compliance documents you hold and contacts. We design what you supply; the facts and figures are yours to confirm.
Do you design pitch decks for startups?
Yes, for local and foreign investors. We shape the story and design it to read well as a PDF and on a shared screen. Your financial model and figures come from you.
Can you add an Arabic version for Gulf buyers?
Yes. We design an Arabic deck set right to left alongside the English one, useful when you pitch to buyers or partners in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
Will we get an editable PowerPoint?
Yes. A native PowerPoint with live text, editable charts and the fonts used, a master template, and a PDF for email. Google Slides on request.
How many revisions are included?
The rounds are written in the proposal, not left open. One combined set of comments per round works best. Big content changes after design approval are new scope.
Why not use a freelancer or an AI tool?
For an internal deck, either can be fine. For a buyer or investor deck, ask who shapes the story, whether you get an editable master, and whether someone will update it before the next meeting. Those decide the result.
Do you work with companies in Karachi and Islamabad?
Yes. Our studio is in Lahore and we work with firms across Pakistan on video calls and shared files.
Is our information kept confidential?
Yes. Capability and investor decks carry client names, prices and capacity details. We sign your NDA first and share the files only with the people working on your deck.
