Brand Guidelines Brand book design company in Lahore, Pakistan

Your buyer abroad, your printer in Faisalabad and your social media freelancer should all use the same logo, colours and fonts. A brand book makes that the default.

For businesses in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad, and for exporters whose brand appears on catalogues, cartons and buyer presentations abroad.

Every supplier has a different version of your logo.

In many Pakistani companies the logo lives as a JPEG on WhatsApp. The printer picks colours by eye, the label maker stretches it to fit, and the catalogue for a foreign buyer uses a font nobody chose. The products may be excellent, but the paperwork around them looks unplanned.

For exporters this matters more, because buyers judge a supplier on catalogues, swing tags, cartons and emails before they visit. A brand book with clear rules, correct files and ready templates gives every supplier the same reference, whether they sit in Lahore, Sialkot or a buyer’s office overseas.

Where Pakistani businesses use a brand book

  • Catalogues and buyer presentations
  • Labels, swing tags and cartons
  • Printer and packaging supplier briefs
  • Social media and website
  • Company profile and letterhead

What you get

You get an audit of how the brand is applied today, a clear brand book in English with Urdu or Arabic rules where needed, templates and a file kit for every supplier.

  1. Brand Audit

A review of how your brand is applied today, across print, signage, social and documents, with the inconsistencies listed and photographed.

  2. Logo & Colour Rules

Clear rules for the logo and colours: clear space, minimum size, backgrounds, colour codes for screen, print and paint, and the misuses to avoid.

  3. Arabic & Latin Typography

Arabic and Latin typefaces with sizes, weights and pairing rules, so both languages look like one brand in every document.

  4. Layout & Imagery Rules

Grids, photography and illustration rules, icon style and tone of voice, shown with real examples rather than abstract principles.

  5. Templates

Ready templates for the pieces you produce most: letterhead, presentation, social posts, email signature and the documents your team sends.

  6. Guidelines Book & File Kit

The guidelines as a PDF and an organised file kit, named so a printer, sign maker or new agency finds the right file without asking.

Your brand looks different on every supplier’s work?

Send your logo files and a few photos of how the brand is applied today. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Audit

We collect what is in use today, from the shop sign to the last PowerPoint, and agree what stays, what changes and what is missing.

  2. Step 2: Rules

Logo, colour, type, layout and imagery rules are written and drawn, in Arabic and Latin, and checked on real applications.

  3. Step 3: Templates

The documents your team makes every week are built as templates that already follow the rules.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

The guidelines book, the file kit and a short walk through with your team and the suppliers who apply the brand.

Questions

How much does a brand book cost in Pakistan?

It depends on scope: the state of your current files, how many applications and templates you want, and any Urdu or Arabic rules. Send a short brief and we quote a fixed scope in writing.

Our logo only exists as an image file. Can you fix that?

Yes. We redraw it as clean vector artwork, keeping the design, so printers and label makers get files they can use properly.

Is a brand book the same as brand identity design?

No. Identity design creates the logo and the look. A brand book documents a look you already have. If the logo needs changing, see the brand identity page.

Can the brand book include Urdu?

Yes. If you use Urdu locally, we set its typeface and layout rules beside the English. Arabic can be added for Gulf buyers.

We are exporters. What should the brand book cover?

Catalogues, line sheets, swing tags, carton marks, email signatures and buyer presentations, with colour references that printers in Pakistan and abroad can match.

Do we get editable templates?

Yes, for the pieces in scope, in formats your team can edit, such as PowerPoint, Word or Canva.

How long does it take?

It depends on the number of applications and how fast your side reviews. The proposal gives dates for each stage.

Who owns the brand book and files?

You do. Ownership is written into the proposal, and every source file is part of the hand over.

Can you brief our printers and freelancers?

Yes. A walk through session in Lahore or online is part of the hand over, so suppliers hear the rules from us once.

Tell us where your brand is drifting.

A short brief is enough: what you have now, who applies the brand and which pieces cause the most trouble. We reply with questions and a fixed-scope quote.
