Brand Guidelines Brand guidelines agency in London, United Kingdom
Most UK brand guidelines are either a forty page PDF nobody reads or a single slide of colour codes. We write the version in between: short, specific, with the files attached.
For London and UK businesses whose brand is applied by several agencies and freelancers, and for UK brands preparing materials for Gulf partners.
Guidelines exist. Nobody follows them.
Plenty of UK companies already paid for brand guidelines at launch. Since then the team has changed, two agencies have come and gone, and the sales deck has drifted into its own style. The guidelines are still on a shared drive, written for the launch and silent on everything that came after: LinkedIn carousels, webinars, partner co-branding.
We start from what your team actually produces each month and write rules for that, with templates so the right answer is the easy one. If a Gulf distributor or partner needs Arabic materials, we add Arabic type and layout rules so they do not invent their own.
What UK teams use updated guidelines for
- Briefing agencies and freelancers
- Sales decks and proposals
- LinkedIn and webinar content
- Partner and distributor co-branding
- Arabic materials for Gulf launches
What you get
You get an audit of how the brand is used, a focused guidelines book, templates for the documents your team makes, and an organised asset kit. Arabic rules are added if you sell in the Gulf.
Brand Audit
A review of how your brand is applied today, across print, signage, social and documents, with the inconsistencies listed and photographed.
Logo & Colour Rules
Clear rules for the logo and colours: clear space, minimum size, backgrounds, colour codes for screen, print and paint, and the misuses to avoid.
Arabic & Latin Typography
Arabic and Latin typefaces with sizes, weights and pairing rules, so both languages look like one brand in every document.
Layout & Imagery Rules
Grids, photography and illustration rules, icon style and tone of voice, shown with real examples rather than abstract principles.
Templates
Ready templates for the pieces you produce most: letterhead, presentation, social posts, email signature and the documents your team sends.
Guidelines Book & File Kit
The guidelines as a PDF and an organised file kit, named so a printer, sign maker or new agency finds the right file without asking.

How it works
Step 1: Audit
We collect what is in use today, from the shop sign to the last PowerPoint, and agree what stays, what changes and what is missing.
Step 2: Rules
Logo, colour, type, layout and imagery rules are written and drawn, in Arabic and Latin, and checked on real applications.
Step 3: Templates
The documents your team makes every week are built as templates that already follow the rules.
Step 4: Hand over
The guidelines book, the file kit and a short walk through with your team and the suppliers who apply the brand.

Questions
How much do brand guidelines cost in the UK?
It depends on scope: whether we audit and refresh existing guidelines or start fresh, the number of templates, and whether Arabic rules are needed. Send a short brief and we quote a fixed scope.
Can you update our existing guidelines rather than start again?
Yes, and that is often the right answer. We keep what works, fill the gaps your team runs into, and cut what nobody uses.
Do we need Arabic in our guidelines?
Only if you sell or plan to sell in Arabic speaking markets. If you do, it is better to set the Arabic rules once than let each partner improvise.
Can you produce templates in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Canva?
Yes, in the tools your team already uses, as long as they are named in the scope.
Will this change our logo?
No. This service documents and tidies your existing identity. If the logo itself needs rethinking, that is a brand identity project.
How long does it take?
It depends on how much material we audit and how many templates you need. The proposal sets dates, and quick internal sign-off keeps it moving.
Who owns the guidelines?
You do. Ownership of the guidelines, templates and asset files is agreed in writing in the proposal.
Can you work with our team remotely?
Yes. The audit, reviews and hand over session can all happen on video, with in person sessions in London when it helps.
Tell us where your brand is drifting.
A short brief is enough: what you have now, who applies the brand and which pieces cause the most trouble. We reply with questions and a fixed-scope quote.
