Presentation Design Presentation design agency in London, United Kingdom

A deck that works in London can fall flat in Riyadh: no Arabic, the wrong reading direction, a pitch built for a different kind of buyer. We design the English deck and, when you need it, the Gulf version beside it.

For London and UK companies pitching investors and clients, and for UK firms preparing to present to buyers in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the wider Gulf.

A sharp UK deck that stops at the border.

UK decks are usually written for a fast, sceptical reader: a fund partner skimming a PDF, a bid panel with a scoring sheet. That discipline is useful. What often lets the deck down is the design: slides crowded with text, charts pasted from spreadsheets, a brand that looks different from one slide to the next.

When the same company goes to the Gulf, a second problem appears. Gulf buyers expect credentials and similar work shown clearly, a relationship before the hard sell, and an Arabic version for government and semi government audiences. A deck mirrored by software or translated overnight reads as an afterthought. We design both versions together and have the Arabic checked by a native reader.

What UK companies present

  • Investor and fundraising decks
  • Sales and pitch presentations
  • Bid and tender presentations
  • Gulf market entry decks
  • Conference talks and keynotes

What you get

You get a storyline you sign off first, slides in your brand, charts that survive a projector, and an editable PowerPoint or Google Slides file your team can keep using.

  1. Storyline & Outline

The order of the argument before any slide is drawn: what the audience must believe by the end, and which slide does that job.

  2. Slide Design

Every slide designed in your brand, one clear point per slide with real hierarchy, so the presenter is not reading paragraphs off the screen.

  3. Arabic & English Decks

An Arabic deck set right to left and an English deck in the same design, each written to read naturally rather than translated line by line.

  4. Charts & Diagrams

Your numbers, timelines, org charts and project maps redrawn as charts and diagrams a committee can read from the back of the room.

  5. PowerPoint Master Template

A PowerPoint master with cover, section, chart, image and team layouts, so your team can build the next deck without breaking the design.

  6. Editable Files

An editable PowerPoint file and a PDF for print and email, with Keynote or Google Slides versions when you need them, fonts and images included.

A deck due soon, or only a pile of old slides?

Send what you have, who will see it and when you present. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief

Who will be in the room, what decision you want from them, the date you present, and the material you already have: an old deck, a profile, the numbers.

  2. Step 2: Storyline

We propose the outline slide by slide with the key message of each. You approve the story before design starts.

  3. Step 3: Design

Slides designed in your brand, charts and diagrams redrawn. You review the whole deck and send one set of comments per round.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

Editable files, the master template and a PDF, checked for fonts, links and slide order before they reach you.

Questions

How much does presentation design cost in the UK?

It depends on the scope: the length of the deck, writing or design only, an Arabic version, the charts to rebuild, a master template and the deadline. Send your current deck and we quote a fixed scope, so you can compare quotes on the same terms.

How quickly can you turn a deck around?

The proposal gives dates worked back from your pitch or bid deadline. Storyline first, then design. A short deadline is workable when the content is final; if it is not realistic, we say so at the start.

We only present in the UK. Do we need an Arabic version?

No. Most UK decks stay in English. If a Gulf client, partner or investor is on the horizon, we can build the master so an Arabic version can be added later without redesigning it.

Do you design bid presentations?

Yes. We structure the deck against the evaluation criteria so the panel can find each answer, and we design the content you provide. The technical answers and pricing stay with your bid team.

Who checks the Arabic?

Our Arabic speaking team, who write it as a working language. We also ask you to confirm names, titles and any transliteration before the deck is final.

Can you work in Google Slides?

Yes, or PowerPoint, or Keynote. Many UK teams share decks in Google Slides; we tell you upfront if a design effect will not survive the platform you choose.

Can you rebuild our existing template?

Yes. A messy master is often the root cause of messy decks. We rebuild it with clean layouts, theme colours and fonts, so new slides stay on brand.

How many revisions are included?

The proposal says how many rounds. We ask for consolidated comments each round. Restructuring the story after design sign off is new scope, which we flag early.

Do you work with UK clients remotely?

Yes. We have a studio in London, and most briefs, reviews and handovers happen on video calls and shared files.

Will you sign our NDA?

Yes. Fundraising and bid decks hold confidential figures. We sign before you send material and share files only with the people working on your deck.

Tell us about the presentation you need.

A short brief is enough to start: the audience, the purpose, the languages, the date and any slides you already have. We reply with questions and a fixed scope quote.
