Presentation Design Presentation design company in Manama, Bahrain

In Bahrain the same deck is often shown to a bank, a government committee and a Saudi partner within the same month. We design it so it works for each of them, in Arabic and in English.

For Manama and the rest of Bahrain: financial and fintech firms, startups preparing to raise, contractors, consultancies and family businesses presenting to partners across the Gulf.

A small market where people have seen your last deck.

Bahrain is compact and connected. The investor you pitch this month knows the banker you met last month, and the procurement team has probably seen your deck before. A presentation reused unchanged, or one that looks like a template, says the company has not moved on.

Many Bahraini firms also sell into Saudi Arabia across the causeway, so the deck has to read well to a Saudi committee and to an English speaking investor. We design the Arabic and English versions together, keep the numbers and charts the same in both, and build a template your team can adjust for each audience.

What Bahraini companies present

  • Startup and investor pitch decks
  • Bank and financing presentations
  • Government and tender presentations
  • Partner decks for Saudi buyers
  • Conference and event talks

What you get

You get a storyline you approve first, slides in your brand, charts that read on a meeting room screen, and an editable PowerPoint for the next version.

  1. Storyline & Outline

The order of the argument before any slide is drawn: what the audience must believe by the end, and which slide does that job.

  2. Slide Design

Every slide designed in your brand, one clear point per slide with real hierarchy, so the presenter is not reading paragraphs off the screen.

  3. Arabic & English Decks

An Arabic deck set right to left and an English deck in the same design, each written to read naturally rather than translated line by line.

  4. Charts & Diagrams

Your numbers, timelines, org charts and project maps redrawn as charts and diagrams a committee can read from the back of the room.

  5. PowerPoint Master Template

A PowerPoint master with cover, section, chart, image and team layouts, so your team can build the next deck without breaking the design.

  6. Editable Files

An editable PowerPoint file and a PDF for print and email, with Keynote or Google Slides versions when you need them, fonts and images included.

A deck due soon, or only a pile of old slides?

Send what you have, who will see it and when you present. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief

Who will be in the room, what decision you want from them, the date you present, and the material you already have: an old deck, a profile, the numbers.

  2. Step 2: Storyline

We propose the outline slide by slide with the key message of each. You approve the story before design starts.

  3. Step 3: Design

Slides designed in your brand, charts and diagrams redrawn. You review the whole deck and send one set of comments per round.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

Editable files, the master template and a PDF, checked for fonts, links and slide order before they reach you.

Questions

How much does presentation design cost in Bahrain?

It depends on the scope: the length of the deck, whether we write or only design, Arabic and English versions, the charts and diagrams, a reusable template and the deadline. Send your current deck or notes and we quote a fixed scope.

How long does a deck take?

The storyline comes first, then design and review rounds. The proposal gives dates set back from your presentation day. Slow approvals are the usual cause of delay, so agree who signs off before we start.

Can you design a pitch deck for an investor or an accelerator programme?

Yes. We shape the order, keep each slide to one point and design it to work as a PDF read ahead and as slides in the room. Your figures and projections stay yours; we make them readable.

Do you design in Arabic and English?

Yes. Both versions are designed together, the Arabic set right to left with Arabic typefaces, so neither looks like a copy of the other.

Can one deck work for Bahraini and Saudi audiences?

Often yes, with a few slides changed. We build the master so the market slides, references and contact details can be swapped without redesigning the deck.

Do we get an editable PowerPoint?

Yes. A native PowerPoint file with live text and editable charts, the master template, and a PDF for sending. Keynote or Google Slides on request.

How many revisions are included?

The proposal states the rounds. One combined set of comments per round keeps the deck moving. Changing the story after the design is approved is new scope, and we flag it first.

Can you write the content as well?

Yes. We can interview the presenter, work from your notes or rewrite an existing deck so it is shorter and clearer. Tell us in the brief how much writing you need.

How do we work together from Bahrain?

Our studio is in Manama. Briefs, reviews and the rehearsal check happen on video calls and shared files, so your team can review from wherever they are.

Is our material kept confidential?

Yes. Financial and investor decks often hold figures that are not public. We sign your NDA first and share the files only with the people working on the deck.

Tell us about the presentation you need.

A short brief is enough to start: the audience, the purpose, the languages, the date and any slides you already have. We reply with questions and a fixed scope quote.
