We design the stand as a system: a core layout and graphics that scale from a small booth to an island stand, shown in renders and a walkthrough for each size. Any contractor, in Bahrain or Saudi Arabia, builds from the same files. We design and visualise; we do not fabricate, install or rent stands or AV.

How it works
Step 1: Brief and space
Your space allocation or stage plan, sizes, open sides, brand guidelines, any organiser rules and the message the stand must carry.
Step 2: Concept
A layout and a plain massing model first, so you agree zones and visitor flow before materials and graphics are added.
Step 3: Render and animate
Materials, graphics, lighting and screen content are added, and drafts are reviewed with you against the brief.
Step 4: Hand over
Final JPEG stills and MP4 films, plus the design files we hand to your stand builder or AV company to build and install from.

Questions
How much does exhibition stand design cost in Bahrain?
It depends on scope: stand size and open sides, how many sizes the design must scale to, rendered views, any walkthrough or screen content and the date. Send the space plan and we quote per project.
Do you build stands in Bahrain?
No. We only design and visualise. Your contractor in Bahrain builds and installs the stand from our renders and files, and we can send the files to them directly.
Can the same design be used for a show in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We can design a core stand that scales to different plot sizes, with a render set for each, so a Saudi builder works from the same design as your Bahraini one.
What do you need to start?
The organiser’s space plan, stand size, open sides, brand guidelines and the products or services to feature. SketchUp or Revit files, 2024 version preferred, can be attached to the quote form or shared by link.
Do you make content for LED screens and projection?
Yes. Backdrops, loops and projection mapping content made to your AV supplier’s screen layout and file specification. The equipment and operation stay with the supplier.
Can you show sponsors where their logos will appear?
Yes. Sponsorship mock-ups show logos on the stage, screens, signage and giveaways for each package tier, which makes the package easier to sell.
How long does a stand design take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. If you exhibit in Manama and Riyadh in the same season, plan both in one brief.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rounds come with every quote, at concept, draft and final stage. Adding a new stand size later is quoted separately.
Can we see examples before we commit?
Yes, privately. Event work is usually confidential, so request a portfolio walkthrough and we show examples on a call.
