How it works
Step 1: Brief and drawings
Site and floor plans in CAD or PDF, SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) models, 2024 version preferred, the list of places to mark and your brand guidelines.
Step 2: Scope the model
We agree the area, the level of detail, the screens it runs on and what is clickable. Any live data or system link is listed separately, with your own suppliers.
Step 3: Build and review
We build the model and the views, then walk them with your operations or visitor team and fix routes, names and labels.
Step 4: Hand over
The interactive views as a link or embed, kiosk and phone versions, MP4 films and JPEG stills, with a short guide on what your team can update.

What is a 3D wayfinding map?
A map drawn as a 3D model of your building, with levels you can switch and routes that show the way to a shop, a gate or a clinic. It is easier to read than a flat plan.
Is the digital twin connected to live building data?
Not as standard. We build the visual twin. Live data from sensors or a BMS can only be added if it is scoped per project and supplied by your own systems.
Can the map follow a visitor’s position indoors?
The standard map uses a fixed point on each kiosk and clear routes on the phone. Indoor positioning needs on site hardware from your suppliers and is quoted separately if wanted.
How much does it cost in Bahrain?
It is quoted per site. The number of levels, places to mark, languages and screens set the price. Send your floor plans and we come back with a quote.
Can it be in Arabic and English?
Yes, both, with a language switch on the kiosk and the phone link, and place names checked with your team.
Can we use the model to present a waterfront project?
Yes. The same model gives interactive views and MP4 fly throughs to show plots, marina, roads and phases to partners and buyers.
What files do you need?
Floor and site plans as DWG or PDF, any SketchUp or Revit model (2024 version preferred), your tenant or place list and brand guidelines. Send big files as a link.
How long does it take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Tell us if there is an opening or season you are working towards.
How many revisions are included?
Each quote includes revision rounds on the model, routes and final views. New tenants or layout changes after modelling are agreed as new scope.
