Seat-View & VIP Suite Selector Seat view and hospitality box selector in Manama, Bahrain

In Bahrain, premium seats are often sold to guests coming from Saudi Arabia and the Gulf for a race weekend, a concert or a match. We render what they will see and build the selector your team sends them.

For circuit, arena, stadium and theatre operators, event organisers and hospitality sales teams in Manama and across Bahrain.

A guest across the causeway, asking what the box looks like.

A company in Khobar booking a hospitality box for a race weekend wants to see the view, the lounge and the terrace before it commits. Your team answers with photos from last season or a PDF, and the deal waits for a site visit nobody has time for.

We render each grandstand, block and suite from your venue model and put them in a selector that opens the view, the layout and the package. Buttons link to your own ticketing page or enquiry form, as scoped, so guests abroad decide from a link.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief and venue model

Seating plans in CAD or PDF, SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) models, 2024 version preferred, the block and suite list, sponsor positions and brand guidelines.

  2. Step 2: Structure

We agree the view points, by block, row band or seat, the suites and boxes to show, and where each button links in your ticketing or enquiry process.

  3. Step 3: Produce

Views, suite renders and the selector are built, then checked with your ticketing and hospitality teams against the real seating plan.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

JPEG views, MP4 films and the selector as a link or embed for your website and sales suite screens, with a short guide for your team.

Questions

How much does a seat-view selector cost in Bahrain?

The quote follows the scope: grandstands or blocks covered, seat level views, suites and lounges rendered, and the selector. Send the seating plan and model and we quote the project.

Does it handle ticket sales?

No. Sales, payment and live availability remain in your ticketing system. The selector hands buyers over to it by link or sits beside it as an embed, depending on the scope. We do not commit to integrations with named platforms.

Can it show terraces and lounges, not only seats?

Yes. Terraces, lounges, views over the track and suite interiors can be rendered and opened from the same map.

Can the selector be in Arabic and English?

Yes. Both languages, with the Arabic version laid out right to left, so Saudi and Gulf guests read it in their own language.

Can we sell hospitality for a venue that is still being refitted?

Yes. We render from the design model and label it as an artist’s impression. Your advisers should check sales material before it is published.

Can sponsors preview their branding?

Yes. Partner logos on boards, gantries, suites and screens are mocked up as stills or short films for the proposal.

What do you need from us?

Seating plans in CAD or PDF, SketchUp or Revit models (2024 version preferred), the list of grandstands, suites and packages, and sponsor positions. Share big files by link in the quote form.

How long does it take?

A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Tell us when hospitality sales open for the event.

How many revisions are included?

Revision rounds are part of every quote, at view point, draft and final stage. Seating plan changes after production starts are quoted separately.
