Interior 3D Visualisation 3D flat and kitchen interior design in Manama, Bahrain

Buying a flat off plan or fitting out a home in Manama, Juffair, Seef or Amwaj means choosing layouts and finishes from a brochure plan. We model your rooms and render them in realistic light, so you see the home before you commit.

For families and expats in Bahrain buying a flat or villa, owners renovating, and the interior designers and contractors who work with them.

A brochure plan is not the flat you will live in.

A flat bought off plan, or a handover with bare walls, leaves you choosing a kitchen and finishes from a plan and a show unit that may not match your layout. Owners often find the kitchen is tighter than the brochure suggested, or the floor and cabinet colours clash once placed together.

We render your own flat from your plan and measurements, with the finishes you are choosing between. We do not build, supply or fit out kitchens or furniture; we make the design clear so you, your designer and your fit-out contractor agree on one picture before work starts.

What homeowners in Bahrain ask us to show

  • A flat bought off plan
  • A kitchen layout before ordering
  • A villa interior, room by room
  • A renovation, before and after
  • Finish options compared
  • A design to share with family abroad

What you get

You get room renders, a 3D kitchen layout, finish and colour options from the same camera, day and evening views, a 3D plan and a 360 rotatable, as JPEG and MP4.

  1. Apartment Interior Renders

Realistic renders of each room from your plan and measurements: living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and entrance, with furniture, materials and light in place.

  2. Kitchen 3D Design

Your kitchen shown in 3D: cabinet runs, island or peninsula, worktops, appliances and the walking space between them, so you can check the layout before anything is ordered.

  3. Living & Dining Spaces

Lounge, dining room and formal sitting room views, set up the way your household actually uses them, with the seating, curtains and lighting you have in mind.

  4. Finish & Colour Options

The same camera rendered with different floors, cabinet colours, worktops and wall finishes, laid side by side so the family can compare and decide.

  5. Day & Evening Lighting

Daytime and evening views that show ceiling lights, spotlights and cove lighting, so you can judge the mood after dark.

  6. 3D Plan & 360 Views

A 3D plan of the whole home with furniture placed, plus a 360 rotatable MP4 of the key rooms for the family to share and review.

3D interior visualisation for flats and villas in Bahrain

Buying a flat off plan or fitting out a home in Manama, Juffair, Seef or Amwaj means choosing from a brochure plan.

Bahrain has a mix of residents and expatriate families, and many of them buy a flat off plan or take over one with bare walls. They choose a kitchen and finishes from a developer's plan and a show unit that may not match their own layout. Owners often find that the kitchen is tighter than the brochure suggested, or that the floor and the cabinet colour clash when they are finally put together. A 3D view of your own flat avoids that discovery.

Our Manama studio does the visualisation, and we take briefs from owners, designers and contractors in Seef, Juffair, Amwaj and across Bahrain, with reviews by video call, WhatsApp or a short visit. Send your plan and measurements, the developer's brochure plan, a SketchUp .skp or Revit .rvt model saved in the 2024 version, or photographs and a sketch, plus the finishes you like. We model each room and render it in realistic light from the layout you give us.

We work in English and Arabic, and labels on the views follow your wording. Many Bahrain owners live part of the year abroad, so the JPEG stills and MP4 films are made to share with family in other countries, with up to three revision rounds per full set. We visualise your design. We do not build, supply or fit out kitchens or furniture, and we do not choose your contractor, so the pictures stay neutral between suppliers.

The service suits families and expatriates buying or fitting out a flat or villa, owners renovating, and interior designers and contractors who need the client to agree on one picture. Walkthroughs of earlier work are shown privately on request. Send us the plan and what you are deciding, and we quote within 48 hours. Every job is quoted per project.

How Bahrain owners and designers use 3D interior views

  1. A flat bought off plan

The buyer takes the developer's plan and sees two kitchen layouts and two floor finishes in 3D before choosing.

  2. A handover with bare walls

The owner compares paint, floor and cabinet colours together, and finds a combination that works before the fit-out contractor starts.

  3. A family living abroad

Relatives in another country review the same views on a call and agree on the design, without visiting the flat.

Send your plan, measurements and a few photos or pictures of styles you like. We reply with questions and a quote, or set up a private portfolio walkthrough.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Send the plan

Your floor plan as DWG or PDF, room measurements and photos of the space today, or a SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model saved in the 2024 version. Add pictures of rooms and kitchens you like.

  2. Step 2: Layout and camera

We model the rooms and agree the camera views on a plain model first, so you approve the layout and angles before finishes are added.

  3. Step 3: Finishes and options

Floors, cabinets, worktops, wall finishes, curtains and lighting are applied, and each option you want compared is rendered from the same camera.

  4. Step 4: Final images

Renders as JPEG and rotatables as MP4, sized for WhatsApp, print and your contractor or kitchen supplier. Up to 3 revision rounds per full set are included in every quote.

Questions

How much does a 3D flat design cost in Bahrain?

It depends on the rooms, the views and how many finish options you want compared. Each flat is quoted on its own, and the quote comes within 48 hours of your brief.

Do you build or fit out the flat?

No. We visualise only. Your fit-out contractor or kitchen supplier builds and installs, and we send them the images and drawings.

Can you work from the developer’s brochure plan?

Yes, as a start. Send the plan and the measurements you have. We tell you what is missing, and we do not claim the render matches the final built unit.

Can we compare kitchen colours and floors?

Yes. We render each kitchen colour and floor from the same camera and light, so the comparison is about the finish.

Can you help owners living abroad?

Yes. Reviews happen on WhatsApp and video calls, and the images are sized to share with family and with the contractor in Bahrain.

What files do you need?

Send the floor plan as DWG or PDF with photos and room measurements, or a SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) file saved in 2024 format.

How many revisions are included?

Up to 3 revision rounds per full set are included in every quote. A plan change after modelling is quoted before we continue.

Can we see interiors you have rendered?

Client work is under NDA, so examples are shown in a private portfolio walkthrough on a call. Ask for one with your plan.

Can you work from the developer's floor plan only?

Yes. Send the plan and any measurements you have. We tell you what else would help, such as photographs once you take possession.

Can you show a sea view from the balcony?

We can show an outlook from the information you give us, as a visual. We agree with you how it is shown.

Do you meet in Manama?

Our Manama studio can meet for the briefing where useful, and most reviews run by video call or WhatsApp.

Can you show lighting at different times of day?

Yes. Day and evening views can be part of the quote, as you choose.

Do you recommend fit-out contractors?

No. We provide the visuals only, so they stay neutral between suppliers.

Can the same views be used by my designer and my contractor?

Yes. The stills and films are yours to share, so the designer and the contractor work from the same picture.

Tell us about your space.

A short brief is enough: apartment, kitchen, majlis or villa interior, the plan and photos you have, the rooms you want shown and when you need them. Big files can come as a Drive or WeTransfer link.
