Interior 3D Visualisation 3D apartment and kitchen design

Choosing a layout, cabinets and finishes from a flat plan and a few samples is guesswork. We model your rooms from your plan and measurements and render them in realistic light, so you can see, compare and change your mind before anything is built or bought.

For homeowners and families planning a new apartment, villa or renovation, and for the interior designers, contractors and kitchen suppliers who need the client to agree on one picture.

Paying for a kitchen you could only picture.

Most home interiors are agreed from a floor plan, a catalogue and a sales person’s description. Then the cabinets arrive, the worktop looks darker than the sample and the island leaves too little room to walk. Changing it at that stage is slow and expensive.

We show the interior before the work starts. You send the plan, the measurements and the look you like, and we render each room with your finishes in place. We do not build, supply or fit out kitchens or furniture; we make the design clear so you, your designer and your contractor agree on the same picture.

What homeowners ask us to show

  • A new apartment before the fit-out
  • A kitchen layout before ordering
  • A villa interior, room by room
  • A renovation, before and after
  • Two or three finish options compared
  • A design to share with family

What you get

You get realistic room renders, a 3D kitchen layout, finish and colour options from the same camera, day and evening views, a 3D plan and a 360 rotatable, as JPEG and MP4.

  1. Apartment Interior Renders

Realistic renders of each room from your plan and measurements: living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and entrance, with furniture, materials and light in place.

  2. Kitchen 3D Design

Your kitchen shown in 3D: cabinet runs, island or peninsula, worktops, appliances and the walking space between them, so you can check the layout before anything is ordered.

  3. Living & Dining Spaces

Lounge, dining room and formal sitting room views, set up the way your household actually uses them, with the seating, curtains and lighting you have in mind.

  4. Finish & Colour Options

The same camera rendered with different floors, cabinet colours, worktops and wall finishes, laid side by side so the family can compare and decide.

  5. Day & Evening Lighting

Daytime and evening views that show ceiling lights, spotlights and cove lighting, so you can judge the mood after dark.

  6. 3D Plan & 360 Views

A 3D plan of the whole home with furniture placed, plus a 360 rotatable MP4 of the key rooms for the family to share and review.

3D interior visualisation for homeowners and developers abroad

If you are planning a home in a country you do not live in, a realistic 3D view lets you decide from wherever you are.

Many people plan a home from a distance: an expatriate family fitting out a flat before moving, an owner abroad finishing a villa at home, an investor furnishing a unit they will let. They approve layouts and finishes from a floor plan, a catalogue and a call with a contractor. The risks are familiar. A kitchen turns out tighter than expected, a floor and a cabinet colour clash, a wall sits in the wrong place. A 3D visualisation shows the rooms before the work starts, so you can see, compare and change your mind.

We work from studios in Riyadh, Manama, London and Lahore, and take briefs from other cities remotely. Briefing, reviews and hand-over run by video call, with files exchanged by email or WhatsApp. Send your plan and measurements, a SketchUp .skp or Revit .rvt model saved in the 2024 version, or photographs and a sketch of what you have in mind, plus the finishes you like. We model each room and render it in realistic light, using the layout and finishes you give us.

Language is simple to arrange. We work in English and Arabic, and labels on the views follow your wording. Delivery is JPEG stills and MP4 films you can share with family, your designer and your contractor, with up to three revision rounds per full set. We visualise your design. We do not build, supply or fit out kitchens or furniture, and we do not choose or manage your contractor, so the pictures stay neutral between suppliers.

The people who suit this service are homeowners and families planning a flat, villa or renovation, owners abroad who cannot visit the site, and the interior designers, contractors and developers who need the client to agree on one picture. Walkthroughs of earlier work are shown privately on request. Send us the plan and what you are deciding, and we quote within 48 hours. Every job is quoted per project.

How people abroad use 3D interior visualisation

  1. An expatriate family before moving

The family fits out a flat in their home country from abroad. They compare two kitchen and floor options in 3D on a video call with the designer.

  2. An owner finishing a villa from afar

The owner approves each room from the views, and the family in two countries agrees on one picture before the contractor orders anything.

  3. An investor preparing a unit to let

The investor views the unit with two finish options and picks the one that suits the tenant, without visiting.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Send the plan

Your floor plan as DWG or PDF, room measurements and photos of the space today, or a SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model saved in the 2024 version. Add pictures of rooms and kitchens you like.

  2. Step 2: Layout and camera

We model the rooms and agree the camera views on a plain model first, so you approve the layout and angles before finishes are added.

  3. Step 3: Finishes and options

Floors, cabinets, worktops, wall finishes, curtains and lighting are applied, and each option you want compared is rendered from the same camera.

  4. Step 4: Final images

Renders as JPEG and rotatables as MP4, sized for WhatsApp, print and your contractor or kitchen supplier. Up to 3 revision rounds per full set are included in every quote.

Questions

How much does 3D interior design cost?

It depends on the number of rooms, the views, how many finish options you want compared and whether a plan or model already exists. Every project is quoted on its own, and the quote comes within 48 hours of your brief.

Do you build or fit out the kitchen or the home?

No. We visualise only. Your contractor, kitchen supplier or fit-out company builds and installs. We can send the images and drawings to them directly.

I only have a rough sketch and photos. Is that enough?

It is enough to start. Send the sketch, the room measurements and clear photos, and we will tell you what is missing before we model.

Can we compare different kitchen colours and floors?

Yes. Each option is rendered from the same camera and light, so you compare the finish and not the angle.

Do you design the interior for me?

We show the design you or your interior designer has chosen. If you have no layout yet, tell us the rooms and the style you like and we model it as a starting point to react to.

What file formats do you accept?

A floor plan as DWG or PDF, photos and measurements, or a SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model saved in the 2024 version.

How many revisions are included?

Up to 3 revision rounds per full set are included in every quote. A change to the plan after modelling is quoted before we continue.

Can we see interiors you have rendered?

Most client projects are confidential, so we show them in a private portfolio walkthrough on a call. Ask for one when you send your plan.

We live abroad. Can you work with just a plan and some photos?

Yes. A plan with measurements and photographs of the space is enough to begin. We tell you what else would improve the result.

Can the views be shared with family in different countries?

Yes. The JPEG stills and MP4 films can be sent by email or WhatsApp to anyone in the decision.

Which languages do you work in?

English and Arabic. If you need labels in another language, tell us and we will say what we can cover.

Can you show two or three finish options side by side?

Yes. Tell us the options you are choosing between and we agree in the quote how many are rendered.

Do you recommend suppliers or contractors?

No. We provide the visuals only, so they stay neutral between suppliers.

How do we start?

Send a short note with your plan, the rooms and what you are deciding. We reply with questions and a quote within 48 hours.

Tell us about your space.

A short brief is enough: apartment, kitchen, majlis or villa interior, the plan and photos you have, the rooms you want shown and when you need them. Big files can come as a Drive or WeTransfer link.
