3D Rendering 3D rendering studio

Buyers, investors and committees decide on pictures long before anything is built. We turn your drawings and models into renders and films that show the project honestly and attractively.

For developers, architects, contractors, interior designers and product companies who need to show something before it exists, or without a photo shoot.

Selling a project nobody can see yet.

Off-plan sales, tender submissions and product launches all ask people to commit to something they cannot visit. Weak renders, with flat light, plastic materials and empty streets, make a good design look cheap. Overdone renders create a different problem: buyers who feel misled when the real thing is handed over.

Good rendering sits between the two. It shows the design as drawn, in the right light and setting, with materials and scale people trust. We work from your drawings, agree the camera views before any rendering time is spent, and deliver files sized for every place they will appear.

Still images of buildings and facades at the time of day and in the setting that sells the project, from your drawings or models.

  2. Interior Renders

Interior scenes with furniture, materials and light chosen to show how the space will feel to live, work or stay in.

  3. Aerial & Masterplan Views

Aerial and masterplan views that explain a whole development: plots, roads, landscaping, amenities and what is nearby.

  4. Walkthrough Animation

A walkthrough or flythrough film with camera paths, music and titles, cut for sales centres, websites and social media.

  5. Product Renders

Product renders from CAD files or references: clean catalogue shots, exploded views and lifestyle scenes without a photo shoot.

  6. Marketing-ready Files

Need to show it before it is built?

Send the drawings or model you have and the views you need. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief and files

Your drawings, CAD or SketchUp models, materials, references and the views you need for sales or approval.

  2. Step 2: Camera and clay

Camera angles and a plain model are shared first, so you approve the views before materials and light are added.

  3. Step 3: Render

Materials, lighting, landscaping and people are added, and draft renders are reviewed against the design.

  4. Step 4: Finish and deliver

Final retouching, the animation edit if in scope, and files in every size and format you need.

Questions

How much does 3D rendering cost?

It depends on scope: the number of views, interior or exterior, the level of detail in the model, any animation and the deadline. Send your drawings and a list of views and we quote a fixed scope.

What files do you need from us?

Architectural drawings, CAD, Revit or SketchUp models, material schedules and any references. If there is no 3D model, we can build one from drawings, which is added to the scope.

Do you make walkthrough animations?

Yes. Camera paths are agreed on a simple preview first, then the film is rendered, edited and delivered in the formats you need.

Can you render products from CAD files?

Yes. Product renders for catalogues, websites and ads, including exploded views and lifestyle scenes, without a physical sample.

How realistic will the renders be?

As realistic as the design information allows. We render what is drawn and specified, and we flag any area where the design is not yet decided.

How many revisions are included?

The proposal sets rounds at camera, draft and final stage. Design changes after the model is built are new scope, which we flag before work continues.

Who owns the renders?

Ownership of the approved images and films is written into the proposal. The design itself remains the property of you or your architect.

Can you also produce brochures and sales material?

Yes. Renders can go straight into brochures, hoardings, websites and social campaigns designed by our team.

How long does a rendering project take?

It depends on the number of views, the model and any animation. The proposal gives dates, and complete drawings at the start keep it on schedule.

Tell us about the project you want rendered.

A short brief is enough: the drawings or files you have, the number of views, any animation and the deadline. We reply with questions and a fixed-scope quote.
