3D Animation & Virtual Tours 3D walkthrough and virtual tour studio

A still render shows one view. A film and a 360 tour let people move through the project, feel the scale and picture themselves inside it.

For developers, architects, venue and stadium operators, hotels, event organisers and campuses who need to show a space in motion before it exists.

People cannot walk through a drawing.

Floor plans and stills ask the buyer to imagine how rooms connect, how big the lobby feels and what the view is from the balcony. Most people cannot, and the ones who cannot are the ones who hesitate.

A walkthrough film answers those questions in a minute, and a 360 tour lets each buyer look where they want. We build both from your model, agree the camera route before rendering, and cut every version for the screen it will play on.

Where the films and tours are used

  • Sales centres and launch events
  • Websites and property portals
  • Social media ads and stories
  • Exhibition stands with VR
  • Investor and progress updates
  • Campus tours for universities

What you get

You get the project film, vertical cuts for social media, 360 walkthroughs, a VR version for the sales centre and progress media, all made from one model.

  1. Storyboard & Camera Paths

A storyboard and camera paths agreed on a simple preview, so you approve the route through the project before any final rendering.

  2. Project Film (DVC)

The CGI film of your project with music and Arabic or English titles, for the sales centre screen, the launch event, the website and YouTube.

  3. Vertical 9:16 Cuts

Vertical versions cut from the same film for Snapchat, TikTok, Reels and Stories, reframed for a phone rather than cropped.

  4. 360 Renders & Walkthroughs

360 renders of key rooms and spaces, linked into a walkthrough buyers open in a browser or on a phone and look around at their own pace.

  5. VR Experience

A VR version of the walkthrough for the sales centre or an exhibition stand, so visitors can stand inside a space that is not built yet.

  6. Construction & Progress Media

Phase by phase visuals and short films that show how the project will rise and where it stands, for investors, buyers and site boards.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief and model

Your SketchUp or Revit model or your drawings, materials list and brand guidelines, plus where the film and tours will be shown.

  2. Step 2: Storyboard and preview

We plan the shots and send a plain preview of the camera paths and 360 points. You approve the route before rendering starts.

  3. Step 3: Render and edit

Materials, light, people and landscaping are added, the film is rendered and edited with music and titles, and drafts are reviewed with you.

  4. Step 4: Versions and delivery

The main film, the 9:16 cuts and the 360 views, delivered as MP4 films and JPEG stills for every screen you named.

Questions

How much does a 3D walkthrough cost?

It is quoted per project. Film length, the number of scenes and 360 points, the detail in your model, any VR version and the deadline decide it. Send your files and what you need.

How long does it take?

A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. A short film or a few 360 views on their own take less, and the quote gives the dates.

Is this the same as motion graphics or a corporate video?

No. Motion graphics are 2D explainer animations, and a corporate video is filmed on camera. This service is CGI of your building or space, rendered from the model.

What is the difference between a walkthrough film and a 360 tour?

The film follows a camera route we design, with music and titles. The 360 tour is a set of panoramic views the viewer explores at their own pace. Many projects use both.

What files do you need?

A SketchUp or Revit model, 2024 version preferred, or DWG or PDF drawings, the materials list and brand guidelines. Large files can come through a Drive or WeTransfer link.

Do you make vertical versions for social media?

Yes. The 9:16 cuts are reframed shot by shot for phones, not cropped from the wide film.

What do we need to run the VR experience?

We tell you what the experience needs to run and agree it in the quote before work starts.

How many revisions are included?

Revision rounds are included in every quote, at storyboard, draft and final stage. Changing the design after rendering is new scope, agreed first.

Can we see films you have made?

Yes, in a private portfolio walkthrough. Most films are under client confidentiality, and the visuals on this page are coded demos.

Send your drawings for a quote.

Attach your model or drawings, or paste a Drive or WeTransfer link for large files. Tell us the film length, the tours you need, where they will play and your launch date. We reply with questions and a quote for that scope.
