How it works
Step 1: Brief and model
Your SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or CAD and PDF drawings, the unit schedule, finishes, brand guidelines and the launch date.
Step 2: Plan the experience
We agree what buyers see first, the units in VR, the screens in the room and who supplies the hardware, then storyboard the visit.
Step 3: Produce and test
We build the VR tour, the sales gallery app and the 360 views, then test them with your sales team on the agreed hardware.
Step 4: Hand over
The VR build, the gallery app, 360 links, MP4 films and JPEG stills, with a short guide for staff and your AV vendor.

Questions
Do you supply the VR headsets and screens?
Not by default. We produce the content and tell you exactly what hardware it needs. Headsets, screens and kiosks come from you or your AV vendor, unless the quote says we supply them.
How much does a VR sales experience cost?
It is quoted per project. The number of units in VR, the sales gallery features, 360 views, the agent pack and the launch date decide it. Send your model and we quote.
What is a sales gallery?
A touch screen app on a large display in the sales centre. Buyers browse buildings, floors and units, open plans and renders, and see what is still available.
Is this the same as your 360 virtual tours?
Related. Our 3D animation and virtual tours service covers films and 360 tours on their own. This service is the whole sales centre set: VR, the gallery screen, the agent pack and launch content together.
What is in the agent and WhatsApp pack?
Stills, 360 links and short vertical 9:16 cuts of the units and amenities, from the same model, ready for agents to send on WhatsApp after a visit.
What files do you need?
A SketchUp or Revit model, 2024 version preferred, or DWG and PDF drawings, the unit schedule, finishes and brand guidelines. Large files can come as a Drive or WeTransfer link.
Are the visuals exact?
They are artist’s impressions built from your approved design. Check sales material with your own advisers and the relevant authority before using it.
How long does it take?
A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. Share your sales centre or launch date at the start.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rounds are included in every quote, at storyboard, draft and final stage. Design changes after production starts are new scope.
Can we see an experience you have built?
Client work is usually private, so request a portfolio walkthrough and we show examples live. The illustrations on this page are coded demos.
