Brochure & Catalogue Design Brochure and catalogue design services

A brochure is handed over at a stand; a catalogue is opened on a phone in a buyer’s office. We design both so they keep selling when nobody from your team is in the room.

For manufacturers, distributors, developers, schools, clinics and service firms whose printed piece or PDF is often the first thing a buyer keeps.

Everything is in it, and the buyer still cannot find anything.

Most brochures grow by addition: another product, another paragraph, another photo someone liked. The result is crowded, the key message is lost, and the catalogue lists codes without telling the buyer which item suits them. Then the PDF is too heavy to send, so nobody sends it.

A good brochure starts with a plan: who reads it, what they need to decide, and which page does that work. Design then makes each page easy to scan, and a catalogue grid makes products comparable. When the piece also has to work in Arabic, the Arabic edition is set right to left from the start, not flipped at the end.

What it is used for

  • Company and sales brochures
  • Product catalogues and line cards
  • Property brochures and sales kits
  • Exhibition and event handouts
  • School and course prospectuses

What you get

You get a page plan you approve first, a layout in your brand, press files checked with your printer and a light PDF your sales team can send the same day.

  1. Content & Structure

What the reader must find, and in what order, planned page by page before design starts, with copy written or tightened where you need it.

  2. Brochure Design

Company, sales and project brochures in folded or booklet formats, plus real estate sales kits (brochure, floor plan sheets, price list layout), designed in your brand with one clear message per spread.

  3. Product Catalogues

Product catalogues built on a grid that holds photos, codes, specifications and options, so a buyer can compare items at a glance.

  4. Arabic & English Editions

An Arabic edition set right to left and an English edition in the same design, each written to read naturally in its own language.

  5. Press Files

Press files prepared for your printer: the right size, bleed and colour, with the proof checked with the printer before the run.

  6. Shareable PDF

A light PDF for WhatsApp and email with working links, plus the open design files, so the next edition does not start from zero.

An exhibition, a launch or a sales visit coming up?

Send the content you have and the date you need it by. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief

What the piece is for, who receives it and how: handed out at an exhibition, left after a meeting or sent on WhatsApp. Plus the content, photos and product list you already have.

  2. Step 2: Structure

We plan the pages and their order, and agree the text and product data. You approve the plan before design starts.

  3. Step 3: Design

The cover and a sample spread first, then the full layout. You send one combined set of comments per round.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

Press files checked with your printer, the PDF for sharing and the open files, with fonts and images listed.

Questions

How much does brochure or catalogue design cost?

It depends on the scope: the number of pages, how many products, whether we write the copy, Arabic and English editions, photography and the deadline. Send what you have and we quote a fixed scope.

Can I not just use a free template or an AI tool?

For a one page flyer at a small event, a template can be enough. A brochure that represents your company, or a catalogue with real product data, needs a structure built around your buyer, your brand applied properly and files a printer can use. That is the part a template leaves to you.

How long does it take?

It depends on the page count and on how quickly content is approved. The proposal gives dates worked back from your print or event date, with time left for the printer.

Do you write the content?

Yes, or we edit what you have. We can work from an old brochure, your website and a short call with your sales team. Say in the brief how much writing you need, because it changes the scope.

Which formats do you design?

Folded leaflets, booklets with stitched or bound spines, and PDF only editions. We suggest a format based on how the piece is handed out and how much it has to hold.

Can you handle catalogues with many products?

Yes. We build master pages and styles so products drop into a consistent grid. Product data can come from a spreadsheet you supply, which also makes later editions quicker to update.

Do you print?

We design, prepare the press files and check the proof with your printer. The print run itself is quoted and produced by the printer you choose.

Do we get the open files?

Yes. The open design files with fonts and images listed, the print PDF and the light PDF. Ownership of the final design passes to you as set out in the contract.

Can you design a sales kit for a property launch?

Yes. A project brochure, floor plan sheets and a price list layout, designed together with the 3D renders, films and floor plans our 3D team produces, so the whole launch is quoted once.

Tell us about the brochure or catalogue you need.

A short brief is enough to start: what it is for, roughly how many pages or products, the languages, print or PDF, and your date. We reply with questions and a fixed scope quote.
