UI/UX Design UI/UX design services
Good interface design is not decoration. It is deciding what a person sees first, what they do next and how they recover from a mistake. We design that, test it with real users and hand it over ready to build.
For product teams, founders and businesses building a website, app or dashboard for users in more than one market or language.
The product works, and people still cannot use it.
Teams often build from a feature list and discover too late that users cannot find things, drop out at the same step, or need training to do something simple. Fixing this after development is expensive, so the cheapest time to find the problem is on a prototype.
When a product serves more than one language, the interface has to be designed for each. Arabic is not English flipped: reading order, icons, numbers and spacing change. We design both together and test with the people who will use them.
What we design
- Websites and landing flows
- Mobile apps
- Dashboards and admin tools
- Checkout and onboarding flows
- Design systems for growing products
What you get
You get the flows, wireframes, finished screens, a design system and a prototype, in Figma files your developers can work from.
Research & User Flows
A short research round and the user flows that follow: who uses it, what they are trying to do and where they get stuck today.
Wireframes
Wireframes of the key screens, so structure and content are agreed before anyone discusses colour.
High-Fidelity UI
Finished screens in Figma for website, app or dashboard, in Arabic right-to-left and English layouts, drawn for each language rather than mirrored.
Design System
A design system: colours, type, spacing and reusable components, so every new screen looks like part of one product.
Clickable Prototype
A clickable prototype of the main journeys, tested with real users from your audience, with a note of what we changed after.
Developer Hand-off
A hand-off your developers can build from: organised Figma files, specifications, assets and answers to questions as they build.
A screen that confuses people, or a product not yet drawn?
Tell us what the product does and who uses it. We reply with questions and a scoped quote.
How it works
Step 1: Understand
Your users, the goal of the product, how it is used today and where the friction is. Research that fits the scope.
Step 2: Structure
User flows and wireframes. You see and approve the structure before visual design starts.
Step 3: Design
High-fidelity screens, the design system and a prototype, in Arabic and English where needed.
Step 4: Test & hand off
Usability tests with real users, refinements, then organised files and support for your developers.

Questions
How much does UI/UX design cost?
It depends on the scope: the number of screens, the research, the languages, the design system and prototype, and the timeline. Send a short brief and we quote a fixed scope.
What is the difference between UI and UX?
UX is how the product works for the person: the flow, the structure, the effort. UI is how it looks and feels on each screen. Good products need both, and we design them together.
Do you do research with real users?
Yes, at a size that fits the scope: a few interviews or tests with people from your audience. We note what we learned and what we changed.
Do you design in Figma?
Yes. Files are organised with components and styles, and shared with your team so developers can inspect and build from them.
Can you design in Arabic and English?
Yes. Each language is laid out for its reading direction, with typography and spacing checked, not mirrored automatically.
Who owns the design files?
You do. Figma files, assets and the design system are handed over and ownership is written into the proposal.
Will you work with our developers?
Yes. We hand off organised files and answer questions during the build. We can also review the finished build against the design.
Can you redesign an existing product?
Yes. We start by looking at how people use it now, then fix the biggest problems first, rather than redrawing everything.
Do you build the product too?
We can. Our development team builds websites, apps and dashboards from the design, or your team can build it.
What about accessibility?
We consider contrast, text size, touch targets and readable forms in the design. Compliance requirements depend on your market, so check them with your adviser.
Tell us about the product you want designed.
A short brief is enough: the product, the users, the platforms and the languages. We reply with questions and a fixed-scope quote.
