Seat-View & VIP Suite Selector Seat view and VIP suite selector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Saudi fans look up the view from their seat before they book. We render that view from every block and build the suite selector your hospitality team sends to corporate buyers.

For stadium and arena operators, Saudi clubs, theatre and concert venues and event organisers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar.

Season tickets sold from a coloured chart.

A Saudi fan choosing a season seat, or a company booking a box for its guests, wants to see the pitch from that exact spot. A coloured block chart on the ticketing page does not show it, so the questions go to WhatsApp and social media, and premium seats sit unsold until someone visits.

We render the view from each block, tier or premium seat from your venue model, put it in a bilingual seat map, and give suites and boxes their own walkthroughs and package details. Each button links out to your own ticketing page or enquiry form, as agreed per project.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Brief and venue model

Seating plans in CAD or PDF, SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) models, 2024 version preferred, the block and suite list, sponsor positions and brand guidelines.

  2. Step 2: Structure

We agree the view points, by block, row band or seat, the suites and boxes to show, and where each button links in your ticketing or enquiry process.

  3. Step 3: Produce

Views, suite renders and the selector are built, then checked with your ticketing and hospitality teams against the real seating plan.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

JPEG views, MP4 films and the selector as a link or embed for your website and sales suite screens, with a short guide for your team.

Questions

How much does a seat-view tool cost in Saudi Arabia?

Scope sets the quote: how many blocks or seats get a view, how many suites and boxes are rendered, Arabic and English labels, and the selector itself. Send your seating plan and model and we price the project.

Will the tool sell tickets or take payment?

No. Booking, payment and live seat inventory stay with the ticketing system you already use. Our selector links out to it or sits beside it on your page, scoped per project, and we do not tie it to any named platform.

Can the seat map be in Arabic?

Yes. Block names, suite details and every screen can be in Arabic and English, with right to left layouts built properly.

Can we open suite sales before the stadium is finished?

Yes. We render suites, boxes and their views from the design model and label them as artist’s impressions. Check sales material with your legal adviser and the relevant authority before it goes out.

Can the map show family sections and separate entrances?

Yes. Family sections, gates and hospitality entrances can be marked on the map as they appear in your seating plan, so buyers know where they enter.

Can sponsors see their brand inside the venue?

Yes. We place the partner’s brand on boards, concourses, suites and naming positions, as stills or a short film for the sponsorship pack.

What files do you need?

Approved seating plans in AutoCAD or PDF, SketchUp or Revit models (2024 version preferred), the block and suite list and sponsor positions. Big models can go as a Drive or WeTransfer link in the quote form.

How long does it take?

A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope. If it is for a season launch or a match day, put that date in the brief.

How many revisions are included?

Every quote includes revision rounds at view point, draft and final stage. A changed seating plan after production starts is quoted as new scope first.

Can we see venue work you have done?

Venue projects are usually confidential, so ask for a private portfolio walkthrough. The illustrations on this page are coded demos, not client work.
