3D Villa Facade Visualisation 3D villa facade visualisation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Building a villa in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam means a long list of facade choices: stone, cladding, colours, the boundary wall. We render your architect’s design so the whole family sees the same villa before work starts.

For Saudi families building or renovating a villa, small developers, contractors and engineering offices who want the client to approve the facade from a picture, not a sample.

The facade looked different on paper.

Many Saudi families choose their villa facade from a flat elevation, a few stone samples and photos of other people’s houses. Then the walls go up and the Riyadh stone looks heavier in the afternoon sun, the cladding colour is off, or the boundary wall hides the entrance. Changing a facade on site is slow and costly.

We render the facade your engineering office has designed, in real Saudi light: the glare of midday, the warm evening, the lighting at night. Material options are rendered from the same camera, so you compare like for like. We do not design the facade or handle Balady paperwork; we make the agreed design visible so the family, the office and the contractor approve the same picture.

What you get

You get front, street and corner renders, day and night views, Riyadh stone and cladding options side by side, before and after views for renovations and a 360 rotatable, as JPEG and MP4.

  1. Front Facade Renders

Realistic renders of the villa’s front elevation from your architect’s drawings or model, with the boundary wall, gate, landscaping and parking in place.

  2. Night & Lighting Views

Evening and night views that show facade, entrance and garden lighting, so you can judge the look after sunset before fixtures are bought.

  3. Stone, Cladding & Colour Options

The same camera rendered with different stone, cladding, plaster or paint choices, laid side by side so the family can compare and decide.

  4. Street & Corner Views

Views from the street, the corner and the garden or courtyard, showing how the villa sits next to the road and the neighbours.

  5. Before & After Renovation

For renovations, a photo of the existing facade set beside the proposed new look, taken from the same angle.

  6. 360 Rotatable Exterior

A 360 rotatable around the exterior, delivered as an MP4 spin you can send on WhatsApp and as a JPEG frame sequence.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Send the design

Your architect’s SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or DWG and PDF elevations, with a materials list, reference photos and, for renovations, photos of the house today.

  2. Step 2: Camera and clay

We agree the camera views on a plain model first, so you approve the angles before materials and light are added.

  3. Step 3: Materials and options

Stone, cladding, colours and lighting are applied, and each material option is rendered from the same camera for a fair comparison.

  4. Step 4: Final files

Day and night renders as JPEG and rotatables as MP4, sized for print, WhatsApp and your contractor. Revision rounds are included in every quote.

Questions

Do you design villa facades?

No. We are not an architectural or engineering office. We visualise the facade your architect or engineering office has designed, so you can see it in 3D before building.

How much does a 3D villa facade cost in Saudi Arabia?

It depends on the number of views, day and night versions, how many stone or colour options you want compared and whether a 3D model already exists. Every villa is quoted on its own.

Can you show Riyadh stone and different cladding?

Yes. Send the stone, cladding or paint references your supplier gave you, and we render each option from the same view so the comparison is fair.

What files do you need?

A SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) file from your engineering office, 2024 version preferred, or DWG and PDF elevations. Big files can come as a Drive or WeTransfer link on the quote form.

Can you render our existing house with a new facade?

Yes. Send clear daytime photos of the house today and the new design. We render the proposed facade from the same angle for a before and after the family can compare.

Do you show night lighting?

Yes. Night views show facade lighting, the entrance, the boundary wall and the garden, so you see the evening look before fixtures are chosen.

Do you handle Balady or municipality approvals?

No. Permits, municipality approvals and structural drawings stay with your engineering office. Our renders are visual images for your decision and for sharing.

Do you supply stone or facade materials?

No. We do not sell, supply or install materials. We render the products your contractor or supplier names, as closely as their references allow.

How many revisions are included?

Revision rounds are included in every quote, at camera, draft and final stage. If the engineering office changes the design after modelling, we quote that change before continuing.

How long does a villa facade project take?

It depends on views, options and how final the design is. A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope, and a smaller villa job is planned in its own quote.
