Villa & Building Facade Visualisation 3D facade visualisation in Riyadh

In Riyadh the facade is judged under a hard sun, and Riyadh stone can look cream at noon and almost grey after sunset. We render the facade your engineering office has designed, in that light, so you approve it from a picture before the stone is cut.

For families building in Riyadh’s newer districts, owners of mixed use buildings with shops below and flats above, small developers, contractors and the engineering offices who present the facade to them.

Riyadh stone looks different on the wall.

Most Riyadh facades are chosen from a flat elevation and a stone sample held in an office. On site the picture changes: the midday sun flattens the carving, the afternoon light turns the stone warm, a boundary wall hides the entrance, and the dust of the dry season settles on dark cladding first. Once the stone is fixed, changing your mind is slow and expensive.

We build the facade from your architect’s drawings or model and render it under Riyadh conditions: strong overhead sun, long evening shadows, the cooler light of a winter afternoon and the lighting at night. Riyadh stone finishes, plaster colours and cladding are rendered from one camera so the family, the owner and the contractor compare like for like. If your architect has used Najdi references, such as triangular openings or earth tones, we show them as designed.

What you get

You get front, street and corner renders of your villa, building or shopfront, day and night views, Riyadh stone and cladding options from the same camera, and before and after views for renovations, as JPEG stills and MP4 films.

  1. Villa Facade Renders

Realistic front, street and corner views of the villa from your architect’s drawings or model, with the boundary wall, gate, landscaping and parking in place.

Apartment and mixed-use building facades seen from the street: balconies, ground floor shops, entrances and sign zones, the way neighbours and tenants will see them.

  3. Shopfront Renders

Shopfronts rendered from your designer’s drawings and brand guidelines: glazing, signage, canopy and window display, for the landlord, franchisor and contractor.

  4. Night & Lighting Views

Evening and night views of facade, entrance and sign lighting, so you can judge the look after sunset before fixtures are bought.

The same camera rendered with different stone, cladding, plaster, paint or panel choices, laid side by side so owners can compare and decide.

  6. Before & After Renovation

For renovations, a photo of the existing facade beside the proposed new look from the same angle, plus a 360 rotatable MP4 when you need to see every side.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Send the design

Your architect’s or shopfront designer’s SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model, 2024 version preferred, or DWG and PDF elevations, with a materials list, brand guidelines for shops and photos of the building today for renovations.

  2. Step 2: Camera and clay

We agree the camera views on a plain model first, so you approve the angles before materials and light are added.

  3. Step 3: Materials and options

Stone, cladding, colours, signage and lighting are applied, and each option is rendered from the same camera for a fair comparison.

  4. Step 4: Final files

Day and night renders as JPEG and rotatables as MP4, sized for print, WhatsApp, leasing material and your contractor. Revision rounds are included in every quote.

Questions

Do you design facades in Riyadh?

No. We are not an architectural or engineering office. We visualise the facade your architect or engineering office in Riyadh has designed. If you do not have a design yet, your office prepares it first and we render it after.

Can you show different Riyadh stone finishes?

Yes. Send the stone references your supplier gave you, such as the colour, the finish and any carved or grooved panels, and we render each option from the same view so the choice is fair. We render what the supplier specifies; we do not recommend or sell stone.

Do you render commercial buildings and shopfronts too?

Yes. Mixed use buildings, showroom fronts and rows of shops, with the signage zone, glazing and canopy as your architect drew them. A night view shows how the signage and facade lighting read from the street.

How much does facade visualisation cost in Riyadh?

It depends on the number of views, day and night versions, how many stone or colour options you want compared and whether a 3D model already exists. Every facade is quoted on its own.

What files do you need?

A SketchUp (.skp) or Revit (.rvt) model from your engineering office, 2024 version preferred, or DWG and PDF elevations, plus the stone and paint references. Large files can come as a Drive or WeTransfer link on the quote form.

Can you show our existing house with a new facade?

Yes. Send clear daytime photos of the house from the street and the new design. We render the proposed facade from the same angle so the family sees before and after side by side.

Can we meet at your Riyadh studio?

Yes. Our studio is in Riyadh, so a review in person is possible when it helps, for example with the stone samples on the table. Most reviews still happen on video calls and WhatsApp to save the drive across the city.

Do you handle Balady permits or municipality approvals?

No. Permits, municipality approvals and structural drawings stay with your engineering office. Our renders are visual images for your decision and for sharing with the family or buyers.

How many revisions are included?

Revision rounds are included in every quote, at camera, draft and final stage. If the engineering office changes the design after modelling, we quote that change before continuing.

How long does it take?

It depends on views, options and how final the design is. A full set typically takes 30 to 40 days, depending on scope, and a single villa or shopfront is planned in its own quote.

Tell us about your facade.

A short brief is enough: villa, building or shopfront, the drawings or model you have, the views and material options you want to compare, and when you need them. Big files can come as a Drive or WeTransfer link.
